    Horrible Experience. I understand now why this place is almost empty while other post offices in the area are always busy. The front desk lady Helen has attitude all the time, not willing to help at all. She refuse to review the documents when I ask her and the manager is the same as her. She do not hear the customers or provide options. It is like they want the customer to disappear in front of them. I went in a raining day with my little son trying to renew his passport after I set the appointment and I loose my time. They did not provided me any options that could help me. The manager just told me to set another appointment and give me her back. “What a great customer service”.I am in shock.

    Worst service ever. I made an appointment for my son passport and the clerk Helen didn’t want to help me because I was there 5 minutes to 3:00pm (10 minutes late) and the post office will close in 30 minutes (3:30pm). I was so frustrated because I took my son out of school early and I couldn’t even do what I needed to do. I tried to talk to the manager (Gelcys Peraza) but she was in the same page as her coworker. Thanks to services like this (awful) is why people choose the private sector (Fedex, UPS). They go the extra mile for people.

    WORSE customer service and management ever. Their attitude is just really unprofessional and rude. Just AWFUL! They don’t even try to help you. Don’t ever go there! It’s a shame that google doesn’t allow you to rate this place with a zero, because honestly, that’s what they deserve, not even a 1 start. I never do reviews but I left so frustrated that I couldn’t avoid it. No wonder why they have 2.2.

    I waited a month to finally get a passport appointment on a Saturday morning. And they cancelled via just email with just 90 minutes notice. They said I could just walk in -- with a baby and a toddler -- and wait for availability at 9am the following business day, but there's no way I can get leave from work that quickly. Unacceptable. I highly suggest you make an appointment elsewhere.

    They are not helpful. When you want to send a mail. They gave you the large box with the highest price. You should argue with them, other wise you will be charged more for nothing. THE WORST POST OFFICE I EVER SEE.

    Don't waste your time scheduling passport appointments here. I had scheduled my family way in advance to come in, only to get a phone call canceling our appointments two hours before scheduled due to "technical " issues. I was told I had to reschedule. I understand things can happen, but if something did, the least they could have done was allowing us to come in another day. Next appointment is a month away. Do yourself a favor...go somewhere else. Typical post office where nobody cares.

    I went there a couple of months ago, during the “walk in hour” for the passport, the women working just sent me to the online appointment (and the place was empty)!! In general the behavior is really little customer service oriented in comparisons with other USPS offices

    They wont be specific about what u need. Will talk as least as possible. Impossible to get accurate and precise info. Will not even have tape to offer or sell. Won't tell you stuff until you do the line twice.

    I have experienced the worse treatment by Helen (clerk) and Gelcys Peraza (manager) at this location. They are not customer service oriented at all and not helpful. It’s embarrassing to have government employees with such awful manner towards the community. Apparently they don’t appreciate the job they have.

    Clerk Miss Sontae was very unprofessional and negligent, displaying an unhelpful demeanor. Throughout the transaction she was always lagging and not paying any attention to what she was doing, she was not able to provide accurate information apparently because she lacks it! Informed that our important documents were intended for Spain she was sending them to Italy as displayed on the Credit Card Machine! No apologies when corrected! She had to consult her supervisor twice for everyday work transactions! She is a shame to the good name of the US Postal Service! Extremely disappointed traveled to another USPS Office where I received professional service!

    The mail carrier that delivers to my house out here constantly losses my packages and mail. He marks it as delivered in the mailbox and it’s never there. When I went to talk to the manger after 4 checks of $1600 were not delivered she said nothing she can do. To just keep waiting. It’s been 6 months they never arrived. Over 5 packages have claimed to be delivered to my mailbox and they never arrive. My mom lives 3 min away and uses a different post office by flanigans and every gets to her house. I changed my address to her house

    This is not my local post office but I was there yesterday to renew my children's passports. I had such a pleasant experience. Everyone seems very helpful, especially Helen and Agnes who helped me. I appreciate their positive attitude and kindness. The process was easy and very fast. They do go by appointments which they should and I appreciate it. I misplaced a document so I had to come back and they were able to fit me in between the appointments which was really like a 7 minute wait.

    I was at this post office for the first time and was surprised by how fast and efficient they work. Usually, most post office employees aren't trained enough to be courteous and respectful. The man who helped me was very patient and polite. I have observed the next window employee who was tolerating the rudest customers one after another. I thanked them for their service. It's not an easy job dealing with various cultures and characters. I don't understand the two-star people 😁

    Very poor customer service. I was renewing my passport and needed help regarding the payment. There is a guy named Mario that told me to just read the instructions. Because it was so difficult for him to just tell me who I need to make the check to.

    great people great servive at this location! Unlike most post offices especially the one in quail roost near cutler bay should be shut down the way they treat people!!!
