Worked with Alan (at the Escondido location) to sell a few jewelry items that were broken and ended up purchasing some jewelry as well. Everyone in the store was pleasant and welcoming, especially Alan who showed me a variety of jewelry. Exceptional customer service all around.

Every time I go to GemsNLoans, I’m always so impressed by the client services. Kate helped me and I ended up purchasing a couple of gold chains and the most unique earrings. Next thing I know I’m walking out with 7 items. Kate was so kinda and even found a few items I didn’t even see! She was very knowledgeable about the various stones, materials, and settings. I fell in love with a ring to small, and she offered me a resizing service. I will be picking them up in two weeks. She polished and cleaned my items and packed them up in jewelry boxes and gifted them up for me. So thrilled!
