    Really good experience!! Food came out hot and the service was fast! My guy friend had the lobster pizza and loved it, said he would order it again! I ordered the seafarers feast and it was so worth it!! I enjoyed the very item in the plate! 🙌 garlic shrimp, scallops, fried shrimp, and lobster 👏 amazing! Unfortunately, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table the restaurant was fairly empty… 😿 Restaurant staff was masked 😷

    I was pleasantly surprised by the great service, cleanliness, and hospitality of this restaurant! I had visited a Red Lobster in the past in San Diego and the food was subpar at best, so I was a bit hesitant to actually go to another Red Lobster.....the food was absolutely delicious!!! My husband ordered the Steak and Lobster feast which included bacon wrapped scallops, and sides were lobster mashed potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts. I had the fish and chips, but substituted the chips for a bowl of clam chowder, along with a Caesar salad. All of the food was outstanding and cooked perfectly!! We will back!!!

    I got there an hour before they closed. Attention was on point, food was delicious. Restrooms really clean too. Loved it, always.

    I had the seafarers meal, it was good but the lobster didn’t seemed cooked proper, the scallops where so delicious and of course the shrimp was awesome! Mashed potatoes where really good, the rice seemed under cooked, but all in all it was very good!

    So I showed up around the end lunch - rush to cash in my Veterans Day Meal, consisting of biscuits, breaded shrimp, fries, and Cole slaw. I went crazy on the biscuits (2 refills! Cue the Teenager flashbacks), and nodded at the rest before I took the rest home for my family to run thru. Everything tasted fresh, especially the softness of those biscuits! I left a nice tip for the "free" meal and way on my way. I ate at the Bar, and kudos to the woman working there (didn't catch her name), making sure I had my fill!

    Was a pleasant and unexpected late night date with my husband. It wasn't busy, so we were seated right away. Our server was attentive and informative. Food was exactly what we'd hoped it would be.

    Had a takeout order that was going to take a while once I got there. The communication and service from the staff was Great! They offered a drink and dessert for my very long wait. I assume that it was due to ordering a baked potato that they didn't have ready. They could have offered a different side. I would have taken a different side, but I understand why restaurant don't take that option. I really appreciate the communication and the attitude of the server. He was great. I think his name was Ed.

    Food is great when u get it while it's still hot. Endless shrimp orders get lost and take 20+ minutes to get to u. Very little people there for a waitress not even to come give u a refill on beverage or bring you the condiments you asked for. Management was great though but waiting and kitchen staff need to step it up a notch. We like to go her but have only have a perfect experience 2 times out of the 12-15 times we have been here.

    Our waitress was amazing, the food was just taking a REALLY long time from the kitchen considering there was almost nobody there. I'm giving them some grace because the menu items were newer. The atmosphere was very clean and all of the staff was very friendly.

    Fabulousness from our server to the 3 shrimp platter! Roomy booth, less clutter on the table, food server helpful, gracious and friendly. We love seafood, enjoyed it cooked in different ways. The cheesy bread was a delicious start, menu pricing was clear, we ordered $20 platter each, plus drinks. For us it was well worth the money, all around enjoyable experience.

    We were seated quickly by the hostess, Patty. Unfortunately we sat for 15 + minutes without any acknowledgment from our server. Not even drink orders. I waved Patty over to make sure we had not been forgotten and she ended up taking our drink order. She returned moments later with our wine, with pen in hand to take our orders. She was friendly and efficient and we appreciated that she took the initiative to help. The restaurant did not seem overly busy but we understand they may have been understaffed (?). I would say in the future that an acknowledgment from the server would go a long way. We would have gladly waited as long as we’d been told that we had not been forgotten. The food was good.

    Took Mom and StepDad out to dinner for Birthday & Father's Day, party of 6. The waitress was exceptional, but you could tell that she was fairly new. I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but half of our food was cold when it got to the table. Sure, we could've sent it back, but it took an HOUR to get to the table in the first place! (And it was NOT busy!) 3 of us had ordered the never ending shrimp platter, so when we got our food(because it took an hour) we asked to place an order for the "refill". Everyone had been done with their food for awhile before we received the additional shrimp (40 MINUTES LATER). Before the extra shrimp came out my husband excused himself to the car, as BOTH of the lobster/shrimp tacos that he had came with long dark hair inside of them that he had to pull out of his mouth... Needless to say he left the 3rd one untouched. We will never be going back to this Red Lobster! How disappointing!

    We were celebrating Father's day but many of the restaurants closed at 8pm. We didn't think there was a Red Lobster in Yuma and were happy to find this one by the Mall. They stayed open till 9pm. We both had the all you can eat shrimp 🍤 and it was delicious.

    Waitress was very disorganized, took way too long to bring our drinks, food and anything we needed. The restaurant was not full of people, so there was no reason to take so long. She spent a lot of time either talking with co-workers and chit chatting with one of the tables near us. Management really needs to check on the customers and follow up with the employee to make sure they are doing their job properly.

    The best Red Lobster experience yet! Stopped for a quick meal on my way back home. The staff and management were so welcoming. To my surprise the manager remade my fish because it wasn't to their standard; I didn't even have to ask. That's how you keep your people happy! Thank you.

    Tonight everything was spot on... The service was perfect.. the food was hot and tasty.. the place was clean... No fishy oily smell it can have... Biscuits came when our waitress brought out our drinks and refilled often on both.

    Food was great. My issue was the bill and the tip. When I asked to pay, the server grabbed an electronic machine on the table, told me what my total was and then after handing her my card, asks "will you be tipping 15,20 or 25% today?" I chose 15 and when I got the receipt, more than 15% was charged. The bill was $50.05. So, 15% should have been roughly $7.50 The receipt said tip was over $8. Yeah, it's a matter of pennies but don't shove tip amounts down my throat and then charge more than what I reluctantly agreed to.

    Hostess complete lost didnot follow seating, managerd phillip and katie MIA management complete caos. Dirty tables, no bread Waiter service great. Need to re-train management or get them fired.

    Very good and quiet atmosphere, the food was good and so were the drinks. Our host was pleasant and our waitress was very nice with great suggestions. The bathrooms were clean with ease of access as well as a very nice bar área with options to eat barside if you choose. Definitely would go back again.

    Went on mother's day for a late lunch. There was no wait to be seated for parties of 5 or less. Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Our food came out in a timely manner and was cooked fresh. Everyone enjoyed their meals. And the brussels were amazing!!!

    Their soups are very good and so is their bread. The waiter was very nice and soft spoken, they are quick when it came to serving us our big meal. Their fish was nice and warm

    We arrived around 2:40 in the afternoon. Not many folks there so we thought would be an easy in and out. Nope ! I ordered "all you want clam chowder and salad". First bowl was medium size like a third of what's in can !. I asked for a second bowl. Took ten minutes or so and then came a small cup of chowder. My wife asked for a refill on the glass of tea. Took almost 15 minutes to get that refill. She had asked for the second side which comes with the meal and and the server said she could have a cup of clam chowder. After we got back home we looked at the bill online. They charged for my wife's second side. Looks like they are not aware of things as a server was carrying another couple's meal and was asking us and two other tables if what she had was for them? We have had good service the other times in the past but this was not our day. There were a couple other issues but next time..

    This is a nice Red Lobster. The lunch menu was very affordably priced though small. Service was excellent. There aren't many places still serving battered cod so I was happy to have found it as a sandwich. With a large serving of cole slaw and those great biscuits, it was a very filling lunch.

    Awful experience. Apparently according to the server. there was a problem in the kitchen with Maine lobster tails that affected the whole restaurant, but we were not informed of this until about a half hour after everyone else in our party had finished their food (after we were repeatedly assured that it was on its way and would be here any minute). They offered us dessert on the house while we continued to wait, and wait and wait. After another hour of waiting ( wasted total of 2 hours being there during our 6 hour long drive home ). The lobster tail is still no where to be seen. we gave up and just asked for the check and walk across the street and order d Panda Express. Should have gone there the first place and save an hour and half of time. I understand issues happen, but this was simply the worst handling of a problem that I can remember. He could have let us know what other dishes we could order instead of the lobster. The cluelessness of the server does not help, he does not know what to communicate and just kept us waiting . And keep reassuring us it is not his fault. It is the kitchen 😰 There were lots of other shortcomings as well—there is no silverware anywhere after the food had arrived, we had to ask over and over and so on.

    The food was delicious. My server was so patient & nice to my autistic son. My experience w/the host was not so pleasant. He sat us down next to the kitchen door. I asked for another booth & he said there were none available (we were the 1st customers @11am) but the whole restaurant was practically empty at the time. He made it seem as if he wanted us out of sight. His response was, "sitting next to the kitchen will get you faster service. "

    Went for my Grandsons Birthday. They gave him a great dessert for his Birthday. We had 2 servers 1 was in training. So they were kind, a little slow/ inattentive. I asked for water w/lemon, got water had to ask for lemon again. Had to wait on the bread and anything we needed it was slow getting to us... I had not been there in a long time because price is too high for the quality/quantity of the seafood (crab legs have very little meat.) Although, food is fresh, taste is good. I wouldn't recommend and will not return unless it's a special occassion & a family member chooses to go there.

    Food and service were terrific! But it looks like inflation has hit. Prices have definitely increased since last visit. Looking at the menu, it looks like average cost per person will be around $30 now. Increases no different than everyone else!!!

    Excellent customer service and well made food!! Eduardo G was a 5 star server! We went for my dads birthday and were a little needy since we had a little one but he was extremely eager to accommodate. There wasn’t anything we had to ask him for twice. He checked on us several times and was overall very friendly and polite. The food was prepared perfectly. The manager even came by when it was delivered and introduced herself. Overall a satisfying experience. Will be back.
