Brought my dog in to be groomed. It was by far the worst hair cut she's ever received. There are long random pieces around one ear. When i asked the girl about it she seemed upset. So i spoke to the manager all she said was the girl was on loan from another store. I'm so disappointed, will not be back! 3/30/2023

Friendly staff. Well lit and clean, which is nice, in general, but also because they have dog obedience training on site. Animal enclosures are very well maintained and the critters look healthy. Plenty of dog and cat food and supplies to choose from and purchase. Fish, birds, hamsters, lizards... etc 🐶🐕🐱🐈🐈‍⬛🐹🐰🐾🐦🦎🐢🦜🐟🐠🐡🦗

My Labradoodle was here for 6 days. Wasn't happy with the care they are playful dogs they segregated her like she was a vicious puppy. For 600.00 that's ridiculous you put you dogs with similar dogs.

We board our dogs here when we travel. The staff is amazing. They remember our dogs names and give us an in depth report of how they did while we were away. I just cannot say enough good things about the pet hotel staff. They're great people and they really care about your furry kids.

We have been PetSmart customers for a decade. The staff and management at the Arrowhead location have consistently provided excellent care and assistance. They are attentive to our needs and provide the level of care we do at home. Daisy loves being here- and that makes us happy to return for daycare and boarding.

The workers are very unprofessional. I had wrote down in the note section when filling out the appointment. It had asked if there was anything they need to know. I said this is my dogs first time getting groomed and he is scared of strangers needs to be gentle. When i get there the lady made NO effort in making my dog comfortable. She immediately tried to put a leash on him and made him react. She then said I had to leave because they will not allow "untrained" dogs.. the energy was also very negative.

4 stars for a Clean store and Helpful staff. My only complaint is having to give my phone number and email in order to get the prices listed. I HAD to give both. If give 1 star for that as I was only picking up something for my daughter that I normally would not so why make me feel like a hostage to get a better price. SO many companies are getting hacked and personal information is out there. How do I keep myself safe when companies like this INSIST on having our information. Ridiculous. Probably won’t be going back. The staff was amazing and understood my frustrations and kept apologizing. Time to change your policies PetsMart.

$36 for a bath and brush out of my 3 lb mini Yorkie, plus $15 to grind her nails. Pretty pricey but at least they got her in quickly.

Clean store, lots of options for pet food, toys and other pet related needs. They have a good grooming center and opened a vet clinic recently. The reason for the 4 stars is because they never have enough registers open. Lines build up and then they call for 1 person to open the next line. Once the line is clear, that person leaves and then it builds up again because people are ready to check out. They should have 2 people up there all the time.

Great aquarium supplies and artificial/live plants, as well as fish, birds, and reptiles. I didn’t see any dogs, but there were some rescue cats to adopt. Plenty of other general pet supplies.

The staff here is always the best and store is well organized! I 💯 recommend going here! Shout out to Stephen who helped with my return and stuffed animal buy/donation! My pup ended up being a dragon over a unicorn.

Store was clean and well stocked. The groomers seemed busy and professional. When I checked out there was only one cashier and it took about 5-7 mins for her to get backup but 2 more lanes opened up so the line of 7-8 was gone very fast. Overall nice experience but expect a possible wait at the checklanes.

Summer is the only one who’s name I was able to get with how great and quick the service was. I only waited a couple minutes for someone to help get me mealworms, crickets and goldfish. The cashier randomly became super backed up with a customer with a million questions and her cashier was gracious and helped her with her questions a back up cashier called for help and with in a couple minutes two cashiers came to help and killed the line quick. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. I’m extremely impressed.

Not a fan of PetSmart veterinarians office. Office visit is $67.50 (but your first visit is free from the office visit fee), you don't get a private room as soon as u get there, you have to wait a while before given a room. Last time there a fight broke out between two dogs that weren't in rooms. The Veterinarian's we've had were very good.

Love the store very clean. Also, the pet hotel side is amazing. We also used the grooming service and will definitely be going back, amazing staff all around.

My dog does not like to be groomed but they did a fairly good job on my dog Ramona. They shaved her a lot shorter than I liked but she needed it for summer.

Went to the Petsmart on Bell and 73rd Ave in Peoria after visiting my mom (not my usual store) and was happy at how fast the visit was. Ample parking, close to store, attentive and friendly associates who helped me find what I wanted. Easily found my items and checked out. Cashier was fast and friendly. Clean store, too.

I know it’s polite and all to talk with customers. But when you have 1 register open and a line of people, know when to cut off of make short the ongoing stories with the customer who doesn’t get out much and wants to just ramble on about life.. This might be rude in my observation and wanting to just purchase and get out. BUT … it’s also rude for a person to think that nobody else in the world exist besides themselves.

PetSmart is okay too I've been going there for a while now had Barber's from there before about 5 years ago for my mom but us alone story but yeah PetSmart is a great place to be there if you want to go there for the the pet and you know grab some toys or something and have fun you know Church animals like if they were human oh yeah go check it out I like it it's cool

Got turned down to adopt a cat. I've had many animals over the years. Never been turned down. Said I was rude when I was only asking questions as to why I had to wait to adopt. Then the reply was rudely said to me..because they're busy! Lots of judgment going on at this place . So if they don't like you have someone else buy the cat for you. Very strange place and people. Shameful

The employees at PetSmart are knowledgeable and helpful. They really love animals and are great at giving advice and guidance. We have birds, guinea pigs and an aquarium full of fish that are all thriving because we trust the people at PetSmart to get it right and they always do. They also sometimes have animals for adoption. All of the animals here are well loved and taken care of. They share their expertise with their customers. They also welcome pets into the store and usually have treats at the registers. We love shopping here.

The best thing about this Petsmart is their employees. (I go here often enough because we have 4 cats.) Even at busy times no one hesitates to quickly respond to questions or looking in the back for additional items not on the shelves. I also really like that they are honest enough to give me feedback on the expensive items, such as automatic litter cleaners, that they have been told by other customers. It's also great that they carry the Nulo brand of cat food which is not easy to find here!

I had to board my dog Bandit for a week as I had to go out of town and he simply is not ready to travel under those conditions at this time... he was none the worst for where and seemed quite content when I picked him up 7 Days Later... all the staff seem quite taken with him and I suspect he got a few extra treats as a result... in any event as fanatically picky as I am about who is going to care for my dog when I cannot I give these guys five stars...

Store has everything for pets! Staff is friendly and store was impeccable.

Was there at roughly 10am on a Saturday. Shelves we're very well stocked, unlike Fry's at that time period. Less people and didn't have to wait to check out. This may be my new go-to for groceries.

Took our fur babies to get groomed. Sonja did AMAZING. She took care and was patient with our little boy that has attachment issues 😅 they came out with a bow and tie. So cute ❤️

Generally speaking this is a good location with great staff. There can be really long lines, though, as it seems that only one person attends the register unless the line gets exceptionally long. With animals on leashes this can get crazy so I think there should be two registers open during most hours. We recently adopted pets at this location and the house process was smooth, and we use the coupon books that were given, which saved us a lot of money.
