I had such a good visit today. I came in not expecting to buy anything but found a few Halloween projects. When I went to the register, the cashier was super helpful in guiding me around the website to find the coupon section.

I love that they have an area to where you can use their equipment and just get your supplies that is wonderful wonderful thing to do I'll be back. The store was clean but there were some bare shelves. They might be gearing up for Easter. My wife had a question and the clerk went out of his way to try and locate what we were looking for. All in all a good visit.

Customer service wasn't that great we couldn't get anyone to help us find what we are looking for. The one guy who did assistance didn't have any idea of where to find things.

They have anything you need for your crafts. From art supplies to knitting materials. Employees are helpful and friendly.

Everything was well organized and looks so neat. I love going here I just want to buy everything. My kids loved all the arts and crafts stuff. Employees acknowledged us in and out of the store in a respectful manner.

The lady at the register was kind and helpful. I had an issue with the Michael's app on my phone and she was quick and knowledgeable about how to help me. During my shopping experience, I was approached several times by 2 separate people even though I didn't need any help. I was able to locate the items I needed. I would visit this store if you are in need of craft it other supplies. I think you would be surprised at the inventory they have on hand.

I had a custom frame made for my diploma, tassel, and graduation picture and Michaels did a stellar job! I was very happy with the quality of the final product!

Been buying my yarn at Michaels for a few years. Joined their website for deals. I put my phone number in kiosk each time I purchase yarn. Tried to return some yarn I couldn’t find receipt for a few weeks ago, clerk said it didn’t show any purchases! Then today, tried to use my coupons- had a $5 off coupon they wouldn’t accept and only took certain amounts off each skein with other coupons! What is going on there? I am going to go back to purchasing my yarn at Hobby Lobby and Walmart.
