I went in today for about 20 minutes and at no point in time did an associate or manager ask how I was or if I needed help. Instead, they were talking behind the register and stayed there most of the time I was there. With my own years of experience in retail and customer service, it was quite shocking to see that. This isn't the first time either of this happening. I need to tell my family to stop getting me gift cards here because I just don't enjoy shopping here. Zero customer service.

Not impressed for myself but great for my Granddaughter! Sale prices good right now. But still expensive. I didn't like the deal for 15% off my purchase, they said email and phone #, then once you get started with it they want your birth date! Why? Seems fishy then. Sorry but it made me uncomfortable and worry. Clothes are pretty for the kids.

I am glad we have an American Eagle here that's always clean but... maybe we can order sizes that sell out the most?? I can never really find my size in store but best believe they have a ton of 00's. Hello... stock for your demographic.

Great selection of clothes but I wish they had more, if you sign up for the membership its pretty cool and I think you could save a bit.

Shopped here for the wife and had all (plus some) jeans she wanyed. Employees help when you need it and price is about normal. The material is worth the price.

I've been to American Eagle stores all over the country, and while this store has some of the most helpful and welcoming employees, it's also outdated and one of the stores most in need of renovation and updating.

I like shopping here. OK prices and a decent selection. A bit loud.

They don't have size 8 and up sizes in any style of jeans or shorts

Have to go to stores in san diego or phoenix to get my size! Yuma store is always out of stuff
