Absolutely delicious health conscious restaurant. I had a gazpacho and a shrimp coconut curry. Both light and fresh. Can’t wait to come back.

We‘ve stayed in Avignon for a little more than a week and had the opportunity to try numerous Cafés. The Tulipe has great coffee (cappuccino, latte machiato) - definitely the best one that we could find in Avignon! :) Everybody that is in search for a decent (or great) coffee in Avignon - we can only recommend you to go here!

Super delicious breakfast place! Enjoyed a great toast, 9/10 coffee and an excellent homemade fruit juice. They are experts in all they offer/do and you can trust that, no matter what you order, you won‘t be disappointed. Can recommend to everyone! (It may seem a bit expensive, but it is worth it)

One of the better brunches I’ve had. This place also really cares about quality coffee offering a wide range of drinks and beans.

The best cappuccino in town! Tested ✅ If you want a modern interior to sit relaxing in the comfy couch sipping very well made coffee with the fresh espresso and tasty baking goods such as croissants and tarts, go there and enjoy. Very friendly barista. Also a good selection of teas, outdoor seating and location is great right in the heart of Avignon. I also recommend checking out the store in that building.

Best cappuccino in the area. Such a relief to finally have a good cappuccino here in this area of France. The menu also had multiple vegetarian option, which was also very nice for a change. Would highly recommend this place!

The coffee was delicious and the reason I frequented this store. Rich and smooth coffee without any bitterness. The food and pastries were fine but the coffee was definitely the best I have had in Provence.

Had to come back for lunch - and I have to say, this was by far the best food we had during our holidays here. Really, really good 👍 Also really good with kids, because there’s a little side alley they can play, and there’s lots of stuff to buy for them to draw etc.

My favourite spot in Avignon. Lovely speciality coffee, what looked like beautiful food. It's all attached to a concept store with an array of beautiful products. There is also a yoga studio inside too. Would buy the whole place if I could!

PERFECTION. The food, the coffee, the atmosphere — it’s all outstanding. Go here!! <3 Plus a super cute shop next door.

The best coffee shop in Avignon without a doubt. Their international team shows an attention to detail and a great professionalism. They make great healthy meals and beverages in a wonderful atmosphere. Both the interior and exterior spaces are well set up for spring and summer times. The café is sharing a space with a great shop and yoga studio that are also high quality.

Great vegetarian spot. Food tastes good, attached to a shop that sells some funky things too.

Went to this place after seeing the high review rating on here, had planned my morning to factor it in. I was left sitting after arrival for a while and when I was served, I was laughed at for starting my order asking for a carafe of water (in French). For a cafe keen on their coffee, they do not serve decaf, which is important if you are pregnant. They also said it wasn't possible to cook a soft boiled egg on the menu for any longer, another thing advised during pregnancy. I probably wouldn't write a review about just the above issues though, if the food had been good. Eventually though, I was served a piece of toast so hard and crusty it was inedible, requiring a huge amount of effort to cut into. The salad leaves adorning it were obviously old- you know when the white bits of lettuce start to turn pink? Well these were almost completely pink. The greener bits of lettuce were limp and going dark and squishy round the edges (like spinach left in the fridge too long). When I showed the waiter the hard toast, it was whisked away with no explanation of whether they'd replace it and no apology, leaving me confused. As this 1 piece of overcooked bread with humus and old lettuce on was going to cost me 10 euros and following the cold response to this being raised, I requested that they did not replace it. Overall, poor quality and experience.

Very pleasant place, perfect to eat or just to drink something and rest after vistiting Avignone. Some of the best dishes i've found so far near the city center. The menu is 10/10 and the staff Is very polite and available. The price is also very good expecially for the quality of the products. Highly Recommended

Real coffee. Yes, real coffee. In France no less. Do I sound like an Australian coffee snob? Only because I am. The first flat white was such a revelation I ordered a second straight away. Heaven on a stick. Sadly not open Sunday or Monday so I'm even more glad I had two in Saturday.

Best coffee in Avignon, and it's not even close. It's as close to an American specialty coffee shop as you can get, but with much better croissants. Be aware that the food is entirely vegetarian!

The cappuccino here is well made and the cookies at the front taste fresh, with unique flavors. Love the decor and the friendly staff. The store it’s attached to is also very cute. Worth a stop in, for sure.

Very cute cafe situated right next to some cool design stores! The roasts are large and look really nice. The vegetables are fresh and the orange juice was very good.

Lovely cafe with polite staff. The food was simple and delicious, the coffee very good. There is a cute homewares store within the same building that opens at 10am which is also worth a browse and gives the indoor space a nice vibe.

Foodie alert! Yes, Café Tulipe is known for having the best coffee in Avignon but definitely come to eat as well. The food is fresh, delicious and super creative without being pretentious. Definitely above "café" standards so don't be fooled by the name. Local ingredients and sustainable too! Friendly service even though they were packed (the locals are in the know). You can also get a real, copious brunch. I will go back next to read in the stylish and quiet indoor space.

That’s the place to drink your specialty coffee in Avignon. Liam is one of the greatest barista I know: brews, talks/teaches and laughs like a professional :)

Excellent specialty coffee shop with a great selection of coffee options. We had an espresso and a V60 and both were exceptional. Good variety of cakes and tarts, staff are friendly and attentive. Possibly the best coffee shop in Avignon.
