We visited twice this authentic restaurant during our trip to Avignon for the theater festival. We felt very welcome by the staff. The cuisine is excellent. A lovely spot. We hope to come back. Thank you for the limoncello treat.💗

Tonight was our last night in Avignon and second dining experience at Chez Marie. This is a hidden gem in Avignon vieux ville. The food was excellent, presentation and service top-notch. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, it was such a pleasure to dine here. Highly recommend!!

Such an amazing place!!! We had Tuna Tataki and it was the best I’ve ever eaten! Super nice service. I absolutely will come back!

The food is good, the service is friendly and there is a good choice of wine. There are not a lot of dishes on the menu which is a good indicator of focus and fresh products. The venue is very well decorated and cosy.

We stumbled upon this little place after a day at the beach and were welcomed by very friendly and, it turns out, conscientious staff. The menu was delightfully simple; we both chose the Caesar salad and were more than pleased with our choice. We also had a lovely glass of wine and a desert.

What a great all-around evening. Patrick at Aux Avignon recommended this place and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere inside is very unique and very upbeat with the lighting and music. And the staff was terrific - especially our server Michael - who helped us with the menu.

Fantastic place to hang out! If it’s a dinner or drinks with snacks, it’s a nice selection of food and wine paired with the great atmosphere and ambience. Better if reserved in advance, but ok to walk in past 8:00h (pm).

What to say....99%of the products served in this restaurants are from discount super markets, poor quality, not fresh at all and with a bad taste. The charcuterie platter was horrible with products probably cut days before. Very poor wine list. It's such a shame to find this quality of food in a country that is abundant of artisanal fresh products and great wines. The service was the only good thing, smiling and welcoming.

Full marks for this place. The food was unique and delicious, with a full wine list of French wines to choose from alongside. The atmosphere is cosy and warm and the service was extremely friendly and attentive.

I had a lovely meal with my husband here. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. 100% recommend.
