🫤 Museum in the city center in a beautiful residence. To see some paintings, around ten, superbly restored. However, very few paintings to admire. Too bad for a Museum. People often mention museum, works, beautiful,

Very disappointed... fortunately it was included in the pass... I would have been sad to pay for 6 works which should be put in the abbey....

Largely empty rooms, with a few unremarkable paintings.

Very nice little museum with especially a painting (the Coronation of the Virgin) which is a masterpiece full of details. This painting is worth the visit on its own.

(Translated by Google) Rarely seen such an unfriendly person at the reception.. to believe that visits bother her.. not a hello and speaks to you curtly like dogs... In my opinion, this kind of person has nothing to do with the reception of a museum open to the public... I would point out that apart from coming in and saying hello, nothing else could justify such a welcome. Otherwise beautiful works to see in this small museum.

The museum has the works of art and part of the furniture from the Cartuja Monastery, which is nearby, so it is an excellent complement to finish admiring the architectural and religious work and learn the history of how the city evolved. Taking the combined ticket of €17 to visit the 5 monuments/museums seems to me to be the best way to take advantage of the visit to Villeneuve and it is also valid for 1 year

Very nice little museum with two masterpieces: a huge ivory Madonna and Child and a Gothic painting by the French primitive Quartron. To be done in addition to the other sites to visit in Villeneuve lez Avignon.

Some beautiful works, some even surprising (Madonna and Child sculpted in a tusk, hence its curvature; “double-sided” Virgin) but the museum is small and a bit gloomy No photos because in its infinite wisdom, Google has censored them

Very beautiful, well arranged, nice collection, visited in the context of the European nights of museums with music and singing even better...to see as part of a complete visit to Villeneuve les Avignon

(Translated by Google) The Cerberus does not fail in his reputation. The works should find the Chartreuse, their real address.

(Translated by Google) Small, unpretentious museum, beautiful pieces. A lift for people with reduced mobility is a pleasure (Original) Petit musée sans prétention, de belles pièces.

(Translated by Google) Dramatic, everything to do again! Com internship for employees to advise. Provide closure. Put the few valuable works elsewhere.

Above all, don't go there. If you are atheists and do not want to know God, The Coronation of the Virgin, surrounded by her celestial court, painted by Enguerrand Quarton, is not for you.
