Pretty good indoor shopping mall with a wide variety of shops ranging from a supermarket to a luxury store range. Food options are quite plentiful so you will likely find something to your taste. Parking is easy with the first 3 hours free, although you can easily stay much longer. Too bad the tram doesn't make the extra stop from the airport, although there is a bus route. Good place to spend a day if rainy or too hot.

Great place to go if the weather isn’t the best! Also it has beautiful views of the riviera. Even worth it to have a drink on a patio to soak in the views! It’s right next to the airport and has all the normal shops you would expect! There is even a kids area on the 3rd level!

Great place for shopping - lots of stores. Restaurants have access to the view of the sea. Direct access to the sea side. Highly recommend it!

It's a mall. Refuge from heat, wind, and rain. That's it. Big, airy, clean, lots of stores, the usual. Nothing special. No wow factor. Big TV screen, that's all. Easy bus 12 gets you to the door. Parking underground, but I'm suspect you'll need a mortgage for that. The mall has limited seating. All the chairs belong to stores. They are some but not nearly enough. Lots of dogs walking around, very cute, actually. It's horrendously expensive, 5E for a coffee at an ice cream store. Really? That itself says, "we don't need you, don't come back, thanks." So if you have to spend money, you have too much, by all means, come here.

A huge shopping place in Europe. The shopping environment is comfortable and there are many brands. You can spend a whole day here eating, drinking and having fun.Of course, the beach view outside the mall is very nice!

Extremely nice shopping mall with many shops and restaurants. A lot of nice sitting areas with charging stations embedded for those that are traveling. Beautiful aesthetics on multiple levels. Highly recommend if in the Nice area.

Big mall with many possibilities to buy what makes you happy! Lots of restaurants and cafés too. Lovely places to enjoy coffee or cappuccino and food or snacks at terraces with beach view! And I shouldn't forget to mention the clean restrooms. Bus stop in front of the entrance, also a ticket machine to get all possible tickets to use Tram and bus of Lignes d'Azur!

Very clean and stylish but not too expensive. The environment in here is way more pleasant than any I’ve been to in the UK and I don’t know why. Can’t put my finger on it. Usually I hate big commercial centres. Kind of enjoyable to just walk around and window shop and go to the beach just outside.

Nice newer shopping center. Modern and with a pleasant concept. The architects did a good job. It is by the coast and the huge terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea. Lots of good shops.

It may have good store brands and it is a good looking place but the layout is horrendous. The food stores are all scattered (even different floors) and it takes a while to get to know every one. You must go outside to get to the ones that are on the roof, and if it's a rainy day you will get wet.

Nice and Airy and very new shopping centre. We stopped there for few hours before our flight back to the UK. They are still finishing the complex itself so they got some way to go. Overall the experience was good. Shopping centre has a lot of room inside so you are not bumping to other people. I really liked the security there, they even check your bags when you come inside, which gave me and my family a peace of mind. I guess the shop selection could be a bit better but they still got some more floors to finish so it will become better in the next few months. The views from where the restaurants are is great.

Wonderful mall, has some great stores, as well as the bland ones you get in malls across Europe. Highlight is the restaurants that overlook the sea/beach, and watching the planes land at Nice Airport.

Great shopping centre, on of the best here in the area. Good and easy parking, nice amount of different shops and usually not super crowded.

First time back since before COVID and wow expansions. Great shops and restaurants, we love this mall. There is the super cheap beauty pharmacy, Monoprix and Galleries Lafayette. Lots of new home stores with reasonably priced stuff. And AC thank heavens. Good for an afternoon stroll out of the sun. Also now it has expanded so much getting to the SNCF or Passarelle bus stop is a breeze.

Very clean, modern, relatively high end convenient mall with a decent parking and adequate public transportation along the shore. Bus #12 (electric bus so no pollution!) takes you directly from the center of Nice at Place Massena and any stops along the Promenade to the mall within 15 min tops. The facilities are relatively clean and the air conditioning is just good … not blasting like in HK or Singapore. The famous French high end brands like Christian Dior etc… are to open shops there soon.

clean, free toilettes, a store for everyone, lots of discounts but also fancy stores. Not a huge food court with affordable food but a couple of restaurants. The bakeries have delicious goods and Jade is one I recommend.

The best shopping mall in Nice - near Nice Airport.. you can shopping before your flight because it is just 5 minute to Airport and also you can stay in hotel .. good location to stay and shopping before your flights!

This place is huge! Got lost twice, once in the mall then once trying to find my car! Everything is there you can literally spend the whole day in there, but be careful you may never find your way out!

It was a heatwave in Nice, and so we decided to head to CAP3000 for a cooler day out. Light, airy, with all the shops you could want to visit - local and national. It reminded me of a Hong Kong shopping centre in its size. There were a fair range of eateries, and we ended up in Jacques for lunch. Traditional French fare in giant portions, we were stuffed by the time we left and didn't even need dinner! We visited the largest pharmacy in Nice and stocked up on French skincare, haircare and herbal products. The centre is very clean and not too crowded. Very disabled friendly. Right next to the airport.

Great shopping mall, all the needed services are there. They have a great map navigation inside with good security. Moreover, the mall is located really close to the beautiful sea and you can easily go there after shopping.

CAP3000 is big, almost too big for my liking. We ate at one of the smaller restaurants,(forgot the name). The food and service was good. If you enjoy the mall type of atmosphere, you will enjoy CAP3000.

Visited in the early morning during the opening hours... Parked entrance from the South.... Darkness and scary down there. I guess if you are alone in the morning better don't go down parking pavement. I was scared to death that I didn't dare to go out from my car. but lucky there were a car coming and parked behind me. Then I go out. Mall is so big, beautiful and found many shops I wanted.

If you drive a car, load it here with drinks and food. All smaller shops: less good prices and choices. Diesel 10 percent cheaper than gasoline station. Free parking around building and on the roof. Public WC near elevator. Might be coffee bar on roof. Did not visit. Be aware of pick pockets, like in Nice. You also get a lot of walking exercise in this large building.

  • 4/5 Larina E. 2 years ago on Google
This is one of the biggest shopping malls in France. Very modern and the location makes it ideal. It isn't too far from the train station (about 10- 15 minutes) nor too far if you take the bus. There is a spiraling parking lot where you are sure to find parking (the first 3 hours are free if you have a fidelity card). You are sure to find every shop you are seeking from Galeries Lafayette to the smaller independent stores. There is something here for everyone. The only reason I removed a star, is the fact that although there are placement stars which tell people which way to walk, you have entire families walking on the wrong side and bumping into people but then get mad at one for bumping into them?! Very disorganized. As a result this shopping center is often crowded with people going every which way and surely passing on the Corona. Not to mention the animal friends you have to watch out for being walked on their leash. It becomes very stressful after a while.

Beautiful mall - very clean and allows dogs (leashed of course). Probably the only place in France with both free toilets and free parking !

nice shopping place. make sure you have plenty of time for shopping and checking the restaurants there

  • 2/5 DR M. 2 years ago on Google
2 Stars only due to the hygiene concept. About 10% of the people wear no masks, 50 can't wear a mask (mouth and nose not covered) Apart from that a big mall with a lot of shops and food court. The signs in parking area and the signs guiding you back are not really existing.

  • 5/5 Stenbox 1 year ago on Google
A pretty shopping center with barely any stores selling junk and still only a couple of ones from expensive brands. 3000 parking places, a lot of dining options, most with terraces overlooking the beach.

We have been regulars to Cap 3000 for the last 10 years and we really enjoy going there, especially in the heat of summer or the depths of winter. Good indoor temperature control and since the mall was revamped a few years ago, there is a nice vibe to it. Starbucks is located on the ground floor and the Apple store on the first floor. A nice array of shops including Galleries Lafayette, an upmarket Monoprix, H&M and the usual. Good choice of indoor and outdoor eateries. 5 minutes away from Nice airport and free parking for 3 hours :)

A unique shopping center in my eyes. It's modern, clean and situated right by the sea. The hallways are huge and I always find what I need. Many of the restaurants there offer seaview and the prices are fair. However the walk to find an elevator can sometimes be a bit long.

Our favourite mall for the hot summer days or cold winter ones. We like eating in one of the numerous restaurants with amazing views(except for La Cantina, which is a disappointment), shopping in one of the many shops for all budgets or just sipping some tea in one of the cafés. There is even a second hand type of store because french really support the idea of recycle, upcycle, reuse and avoid over consumption. So try it if you are in the area, you will not regret it! 😉

Not a fancy mall but can definitely provide whatever clothing you need. I like to go to the galleries Lafayette there, as it's never too crowded and gives a lot of options. You can then stop for an ice cream and get your kid a LEGO too. Easy access and parking is a plus.

Huge mall with about hundred stores inside this. All famous brands presents here their products. Zara, Apple, H&M, Dior, Boss, Swarovski, Reebok, Adidas, The North Face,Nike, Lego, and many more. It is excellent clean and cozy luxury Mall with a lot of playgrounds for your children. That Cap3000 has a very big couple level parking with a lot of places. It's situated in picturesque place on the Mediterranean beach of France.

  • 5/5 Marko B. 1 year ago on Google
Very nice shopping mall, with number of nice shops offering a range of products for everyone. I am not in favor of a shopping and in general do not like to be in shopping malls, but this was a pleasant surprise for me. Must say that I had very good experience with stuff at different stores, speaking very good English, and ready to help (only at one store an employee didn't impress me, but being 1 out of many is insignificant). We had a dinner in one of many restaurants and food and service was great. So if you are in Nice, and weather is not the best (as it wasn't in our favor) go to Cap3000, you won't regret it. 😊

  • 5/5 Coralyn T. 2 years ago on Google
Cap 3000 is a superb mall with excellent shops and much of what you need all in one place, including after work drinks, good restaurants, a supermarket and plenty of parking. To top it all off it has a beautiful serene sea view because of its waterfront location.

A great shopping experience overall but you should not have to pay such a hefty parking ticket after 3 hours of spending and dining there. The loyalty card was offering an extra 2 hours but they removed this perk without any notice… not very nice

It says here that it closes at 9pm on Monday but the shops all closed at 8pm bit maybe restaurants were still open. They have an amazing huge pharmacy here. Lots of shops ,restaurants, stuff for kids , and lots of benches for the old or broken or tired . Nice outdoor place with a beach if you like to get out in to the fresh air .
