This
restaurant
has
a
bit
of
a
private
kitchen
vibe,
as
can
be
seen
from
the
photos
of
previous
diners.
The
menu
changes
with
the
seasons,
and
even
the
side
dishes
for
the
same
main
meats
vary.
For
my
season
period
meal,
there
are
4
main
dishes
to
choose
from:
steak,
fish,
pasta,
and
chicken.
Being
a
carnivore,
I
went
with
the
steak.
🥩Smoked
Pepper
Sauce
Steak
Just
by
the
name,
you
can
tell
it's
not
a
traditional
French
dish.
Unlike
traditional
sauces
like
béarnaise
or
hollandaise,
this
smoked
pepper
sauce
is
likely
a
modern
and
innovative
creation.
The
orange
color
sauce
on
the
steak
reminds
me
of
the
chili
oil
on
Lanzhou
noodles.
This
smoked
pepper
sauce
has
a
unique
flavor,
quite
distinct
from
Australian
or
American-style
steaks.
🥩Basil
Cream
Pasta
This
is
a
classic
Italian-style
dish.
The
rich
basil-flavored
cream
sauce
coats
the
pasta,
making
it
irresistible.
The
cooked
tomatoes
add
some
texture
to
prevent
it
from
being
too
monotonous,
making
it
a
top
choice
for
pasta
lovers.
🥩Pastilla
of
Saint-Marcellin
Cheese
with
Almonds
and
Honey
This
is
an
appetizer.
The
cheese
is
heated
within
the
pastry,
and
when
you
cut
into
the
pie,
the
warm,
thick
cheese
oozes
out,
becoming
a
creative
salad
dressing.
However,
this
cheese
flavor
doesn't
focus
on
salty
or
savory,
which
may
not
be
to
everyone's
taste.
It's
a
bit
like
when
foreigners
try
peking
stinky
tofu
for
the
first
time;
the
initial
taste
sensation
is
the
"stink."
French
desserts
never
disappoint,
and
this
one
was
no
exception.
The
hot
dark
chocolate
and
cold
hazelnut
ice
cream
complemented
each
other,
providing
a
beautiful
ending
to
this
meal.
The
only
drawback
was
that
it
was
a
bit
too
sweet,
but
this
seems
to
be
a
characteristic
of
local
desserts.
Whether
it's
one
of
the
reasons
many
locals
have
hair
loss
issues
remains
a
mystery.
