Very good food. The menu is limited and it seems they execute their few dishes quite quite well. There is no formule for lunch or dinner. Everything is a la carte so dinner may be the better value if planning out your meals.

An amazing little restaurant that serves great food. Two chefs in an open kitchen and one waiter keep this place flowing. We had the chicken and beef burgers, everything was cooked and flavored perfectly.

Beautiful meal, really wanted something authentic, satisfying and seasonal and ticked all the boxes. Ordered l'escargot, bone marrow for entrées and pike quinelle in bisque with salad and braised duck leg with pomme puree. Great value and great taste, much better than the poor dinner we had later at Restaurant Le 26, wish we went back for dinner. Would definitely recommend

We stopped here for a quick lunch on our first day in Avignon, the food did not disappoint! The grilled octopus and escargot were both great. The lunch special is also a very good deal for like 11 euros you get a full entree of fish of the day. Overall great place to stop for lunch.

Without a doubt one of the best meals of our visit! There is a small team and they were so welcoming and lovely. The chicken burger and pasta were both phenomenal, and they had wonderful options for wine from the region. We loved it so much we went back twice during our visit. A fantastic lovely restaurant!!!!

Avignon, the city and people, has been the highlight of our travel in France. Le Petit Comptoir is no exception. The subtle location is just a few steps off a busy pedestrian street. The relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff was exactly what we needed before turning in after a busy day. The food, of course, magnifique. Thank you!

A very nice little place just off the main street. Atmosphere was great and the food was excellent. I had the chicken sandwich and my wife had the special... cod with vegetables. Highly recommend.

Food and wine great and service was on-point. In particular the best dishes we had were the mussels starter with pesto and then the roast beef with an amazing marinaded aubergine and potato. Only downside was that I wished I had also ordered the chuletón.
