Lovely food, definitely took quite a while to get it all - we arrived at 7:30 and left at 10:45! But, we'd both do it again. We went for the full menu and full wine pairing - came out at €233/person with a cocktail each to start.

Food is excellent with impeccable service. The Mediterranean meagre was perfectly cooked, bringing a luscious mouthfeel that coats the palate. Wonderful experience tucked away in the bustling streets of Avignon.

A really nice dinner. We had four courses—a starter of crab and zucchini, a main of pork, cheese course and then dessert. Service was nice and overall a great experience.

Great service and great wine choice. It was very hot when we were there at 7:30pm. It didn’t feel bearable with the heat until maybe 8:30pm. We are a group of four and all order the tomato menu. The presentation of the dishes were amazing and the experience is great. It’s very natural flavor of the dishes and very fresh ingredients! I enjoyed most of the dishes a lot but not so much the dessert and cheese plate. Honestly I’m not super thrilled about the ambience. The building itself is amazingly beautiful but the lighting is quite strange and food doesn’t look so tasty with this bright surgical light after like 9:30pm. Anyway quite a nice experience I’d recommend!

Wine pairing price = $81 Retail Value = $20 Markup = 400% Overall everything was paired rather nicely. It was all better than average, and shockingly a great value retail. I don't mind that I paid a 4x markup because overall I was able to try 7 different glasses. Wines vintages had some nice range including from 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020. They were decent sized pours and the pacing of the food was quick so I ended up with a few stacked up on the table; which personally I don't mind. The food itself was fine but lackluster. The service was excellent.

Very interesting lunch with four main courses and several amuse bouche. Excellent wine flight proposed by the knowledgeable attentive sommelier. Attentive service. Highly recommended.

Thank you chef and staff. If this is one star Michelin I have no idea what 2 or 3 would mean if this amazing group of people decide to go for it. I stayed there 4 hours with a family group and confirmed that there is hope in France for amazing food and service at the same time. Don’t do a diet if you come, get the whole menu, and let them take you on a ride that will last forever in your memories.

We had high expectations. The place is very nice, old building, ceiling and the walls are impressive. We couldn’t see the menu before choosing the wine. We didn’t get straightforward recommendations from the sommelier, but finally the wine we ordered was remarkable. Initially didn’t taste that great but by the end it opened up and cooled down- and it was great. We are not big fun of decanting, but this one should have been decanted- The food was mediocre, the waitress didn’t speak basic English, she was literally running away from us. She misunderstood our order- The duck was prepared poorly, the skin was fat and not crispy at all. Pieces of bone were inside the breast- The deserts were extremely simple, just sugar. We would not go back again.

A perfect dinner at Restaurant SEVIN. Staff are all warm and considerate. Food is impeccable and cooked with care and love. My gluten free spouse was well cared for, with the Head Chef personally reassuring her (having noted the advice on our booking request). The staff (without prompting) also reassured my spouse that each meal was GF. Such care. They brought her 3 types of GF bread! There was a big family group with 5 children. Another great example of the care of the team. The childrens' chairs were set with extra blankets and cushions, colouring books and pencils. Everyone is made to feel welcome here. The food is just sensational. The sommelier is also exceptional and we left our wine experience in his hands and I am so happy we did. We enjoyed so very many wines we would never have known to try. He took time to discuss with us - just great! We will go back tomorrow!!! Would recommend it to one and all. I've been in France for over a month now and (without a doubt) it is my best meal here!!! Tres très Bien!!! 5 stars food. 5 stars ambiance. 5 stars service. 5 stars wine. These folks genuinely understand hospitality. Never felt this comfortable in a restaurant in my life. Just perfect!!!

It's a very bright restaurant, too bright for a dinner setting in my view, I would definitely consider warmer lighting. The staff were fine mostly, the two boys did smell and I would recommend deodorant for your waiters. Food had great flavour, portions were ofc small but if you get the full menu you will be full by the end. Music could do with being a bit louder in the dining area also. Only two tables that night and it was extremely quiy.

Wow, this was our longest meal ever and one of the best. Chief Sevin brought all our food to the table and explained what we were to be experiencing. A difference Wine with every course. Outstanding food and service too.

Went there on my own. Chose the Bridge menu - very fresh and balanced taste in dishes. Michelin price comes with Michelin environment and food quality.

Very nice palais menu, fine food with great service. The only complain it is that they asked if we want any changes in the menu and we renounced to the cheese plate. Instead we had a green salad with vinaigrette. Really disapointing for this lack of imagination.

A gorgeous restaurant with high end French food; while not cheap, it is a rewarding experience both in terms of taste and amount from start to finish. I was especially impressed by the desserts, which tends to be the low note in most restaurants. In this one however, it was truly the grand finale!

Menus are set with different prices and drinks are not included nor tea or coffee. Lunch menu is more valuable than dinner, and foods are really nice with surprise. Services are excellent that it could not be better.

Absolutely stunning experience. The atmosphere, the service, and all of the small details of the ambiance was very fresh and inviting. The food was genius & magnifique! Very creative, yet felt historic as it culturally encompassed the region and the people of Avignon & Châteauneuf-du-Pape. We were also thrilled to pick up some of the chef’s sauces at the end to take with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Thank you, Chef Sevin for a lovely event.

Impeccable terrace view paired with an excellent value lunch menu. The dishes are artfully garnished with flowers and herbs. Unforgettable experience in Avignon.

This is what a First Class Dining experience should be . Stunning , elegant ambiance, delicious food prepared by the very impressive owner and Chef , who takes your order personally and is happy to discuss/ explain every course with you . And …. The experience is enhanced with a competent , pleasant Sommelier Manuel , who is happy to guide you to local wines to try that represent a good value . Wouldn’t go to Avignon without a visit to “restaurant Sevin”

Getting the tomato I was wondering how far they could expand my taste for the wondrous fruit. Each course bolstered my expectations to a fever pitch until the crescendo of dessert, which reinstated France as the unchallenged king of culinary marvels and delights.

What a treat! Incredible experience, the staff was incredible and the Chef and his wife both personally waited on tables! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Avignon.

I went there last Sunday evening 21st for dinner and everyone was extremely professional, kind and accommodating, the food was a 10 out of 10, trully delicious and surprising, the views are lovely with the wall of the Palace facing us. On this side of things, congratulations team!!! Just a couple of things that I wish they would look into for future people visiting and doing the whole tasting menu or menu orchestre du palais: it was very slow. We arrived at 20h and left at midnight, four hours!! Between some dishes more than half an hour went by, the wine that the sommelier served us, was almost warm and almost gone by the time the dish arrived. And the second thing is that we ordered some extra butter at the beginning, because we had bread and were hungry and realised that the dishes were taking long, and to our surprise when we got the check, is that they actually charged us 6 euros twice, after having spent over 400 euros for two. It is something that left us, just when we were leaving, with a sour taste. Not very elegant to do that.

Honestly one of the most memorable meals of my life. Impeccable service. Amazing meal. Beautiful ambience. Wonderful staff. I’m American and didn’t love all French food this trip - was getting sick of heavy food but this dinner tonite was off the charts! Highly, highly recommend.
