Excellent food, lovely friendly service and great wines all at reasonable prices. We really enjoyed our evening, thanks. Highly recommended. Staff speak English, French and even a little Mandarin Chinese! Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Fine dining for reasonable price. I’ve been to Michelin restaurant before and I think this food was much better. The meals were extremely tasty, very interesting flavours and textures. If you’re in Avignon and want to try something unusual without spending a fortune this is a place to go. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had the lunch menu. I had the fish as a main dish and it been AMAZING. absolutely delicious. But my wife had the vegetarian option that were below avarage.. the gap between the two main dishes were so big that it was hard for me to enjoy my fish. its importent to say that the vegetarian dish change every day (i think) and maybe we just had a bad luck.. If you do not plan to eat the "vegetarian surprise" go there without hesitation

Oh my goodness! My husband and I chose to eat dinner here quite randomly, and it may have very well been the best dinner we had over a week and a half in France. Each dish offers so many layers of different flavors, and you can tell the restaurant owner cares deeply about her work. I ordered the fish of the day, which was mackerel and it was PHENOMENAL. My husband got the vegetarian dish, which was also fantastic. I can’t recommend here enough!

Very elevated food in an ideal French setting in Avignon. Portions are a bit small and the choices are limited but they deliver greatly on flavor and presentation.

Food was fine, very small portions, desert €17, really? Not worth it, tiny... Only went here as Monday, everywhere else closed. Would not return, service slow, one waitress only. Previous reviews misleading, €60 per head,, with wine, no service. Cheese selection most underwhelming for France .....

Highly recommend: Chateauneuf du Pape white was the best by the glass. Dinner was outstanding I had the three course meal: started with peas, conte cheese, onions and pearl of tarragon-outstanding taste. Fish of the day: cod with artichoke, citrus, and sorrel while ended with rich chocolate noir with praline and cilantro cream. Make your reservation or stop by for delightful and tasty meal. Owner runs the restaurant: she has personable, enlightening and serves the meal. She started this business in fall, 2019

We had a lovely time and a delicious dinner there! The owner is super friendly and she loves the food they are serving with passion. The chef really delights your palate with creativity using local ingredients and outside of the box way of cooking!

From the starters to dessert, our entire experience was truly superb. Our attentive server made sure we (a large party of 7!) were happy the whole dining experience. She was eager to explain the regions of wines we tried and how each dish was prepared. By far, the best meal in Avignon (or maybe our entire France trip!)

We shared a long lunch with friends at an outdoor table. The food is wonderful, and all of the presentations have a bit of a twist. It is apparent that the chef deserves his recognitions. The gazpacho with watermelon, the trout and the pork were highlights. Service is also excellent.

Absolutely brilliant, incredible meal, emblematic of the perfect summer in Provence :) Staff is helpful, down-to-earth and very knowledgeable about their food. I will be recommending Alice et ses merveilles to all of my friends and family who visit Avignon, because it is not to be missed!

Exceptional food. Be sure to reserve online -- I only did it two hours before showing up, but they get busy and I saw they did need to turn people away, so worth it. Possibly one of the best meals I have had in France, and puts in perspective how much better value for your money you get outside of Paris. Strong recommend.

Our 3 course dinner was delightful and we not only appreciated the beautiful plating and interesting dishes but also the attentive service and recommendations.

Never tasted such flavours together in my mouth. It was like my tongue was dancing. Beautiful. Really the best dish we had in Avignon!
