Super nice and cosy vintage restaurant in Avignon. Friendly staff. Meat burger with french fries and cheese scones are very tasteful at more than reasonable prices. You get more than enough to eat. The plate of the day was the best I have ever eaten in my life.

I love a tea house. So it was great I found this place in Avignon. I had great conversation with one of the servers and the scones were really lovely. Others got desserts that looked great. I would definitely go back again :)

The meal is large and very good. Original starters and brilliant pastries, we had a very pleasant moment. The terrace is small but nice. The staff is smiling and helpful. Be careful to have cash, they do not accept credit cards. I highly recommended this place.

Tucked outside the main tourist centre, this is a quirky little place that is essentially a copy of a stereotypical old-fashioned English tea shop, even down to the crockery, table cloths and general decorations.The meal is large and very good. After a tiring walk round the Pope's Palace this Cafe offers the perfect afternoon sanctuary and the most fabulous tea and cake. We had lemon meringue pie and pear cake. Huge portions warmed up. I couldn't stop talking about it for the next 24 hours.

It's alright, extremely expensive and not special. Weird food combination (melon with hamburger? Potato with potato burger?). Nice quiet alley, only positive. Cake cost 8 euro.. No way. Not returning.

Needed somewhere for lunch before everything closed and just gave Simple Simon a try. Absolutely delicious food for two veggies and one meat eater. Huge portions! Can't recommended enough!

This place was recommended by a local. We thought it was a french restaurant! Nonetheless, an enjoyable lunch. Deserts are irresistible.

Happened to come around on Sunday and tried their brunch. Everything is amazing and the price is fair. Very lucky to come here!

The food was excellent, no complaints at all. The only imperfection was the comfort of the outdoor seats. They were wobbly and hard, making for a long lunch to be a little uncomfortable.
