Super friendly and genuine customer service with an unique approach. The staff spent time to explain to us the menu and where the ingredients are from. The restaurant specializes in flat bread filled with varied but compatible tastes. Both flat bread we ordered were crispy on the outside but light and moist on the inside with bursting flavour. The decor is also very unique, warm colour, slightly quirky. We stumbled across it with a bit of hesitation but the local customer highly recommended it, I am glad we stayed. It was a great meal.

We were here on the 24.06.2018. We were greeted very friendly and the chef explained everything to us. Everything was freshly made and mostly organic. The food and wine was extraordinarily tasty but I want to point out the pecorino and the cherry wine. I could eat at this place for the rest of my life!

Btw, the restaurant owner couple is very humble and dedicated. They didn’t even go and support Italy for the Euro Cup last night🤣 So my husband and I went to watch the match and came back to the restaurant to say congrats to them as Italy got to the next round🎉 The host is very good at presenting. He will tell the origin, practice, and flavor of each dish very gently. The hostess will prepare the dishes which are 100% handmade. Anyway, we don’t understand why they are not shown as the first restaurant while searching on Google, even they scored the highest here. However, they absolutely deserve 5 stars, more applauses and more accomplishments! All our best wishes to this lovely couple🥰

Just an amazing dining experience. One of our last nights in the city we wanted something different. The place is owned and operated by this lovely couple, the wife is also the chef and the husband runs the front end. We just went with whatever the husband’s recommendations were and it was just delicious. Clean simple and high quality ingredients, don’t think we could’ve asked for anything more. We also had a bottle of white wine with our meal that was just delicious. Thank you so much for the delicious food and the great dining experience!!

We enjoyed a lovely evening here with friends. The food was delicious and the atmosphere warm and comfortable. The owner was friendly and we enjoyed his enthusiastic description of the offerings. The only reservation is that there seems to be no choice and he essentially told us what to order, which suited us fine but others might expect more choice. Also it is important to note that a sign on the door says "pas de CB" Tourists may not realise this means cash only.

We went there last night on short notice and quite late (9.30 pm) but they took their time to explain their menu, they gave us great suggestions on what to choose - from drinks to mains to desserts. Awesome!! On top the quality of the food was very good, too. It was a very delicious meal we could enjoy. I can suggest to everybody to come by and have a great time. 😊

This is the epitome of classic mom and pop artisan dining. These folks do one thing and one thing only. Make an amazing dinning experience. Pro tip; make a reservation in advance. Enjoy I would have taken a photo but I ate too quickly. Sorry next time promise.

Pierre and Marie are friendly hosts that source the finest ingredients and prepare incredible dishes for your enjoyment. Their small cafe was the best dining discovery of our trip!

It might've been one of the best and exciting coincidence that we ended up in that little lovely restaurant in a cold January night on a quick stop in Avignon. We didn't know that we got into a Piadina restaurant or hadn't even heard of Piadina before - so we were quite surprised and excited to get our first Piadinas and all the stories about it. We had an amazing time and an unforgettable night at Pierre's and Maria-Luisa's restaurant. All the food has the best quality and is made with love. On your stay in Avignon you have to go there at least once.

Very nice Piadine made the Italian way with Italian ingredients !!! The owners are Italian and are so nice !! I definitely recommend the place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything on the menu was explained to us even where the food was sourced from. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We are Americans in a French city and we’re not informed from the get-go that they only take cash. A sign informed “cash only” on the door, but this was only listed in French and not English, so we had no way of understanding. We also were not given a menu. We shared with them that we enjoy meat. Never saw a menu, took the waiters recommendation and paid over €60 for a bottle of wine, a tortilla filled with onions and a second sandwich, which is what I would call it, which did have some prosciutto and broccoli in it. Started off great because we had never been to a restaurant that ordered for us, but ended up disappointed in what we got for €70. Trying to be a bit considerate for their American customers would have been nice, their were two sets of us in the restaurant, the same night, and neither were informed of their policies. Thank you for your time.
