The food was inventive and good on the €59 menu although the turbot was overcooked and the anchovy sauce was odd with the bull (taureau) steak. The meat was superb but the taste spoilt by the strong fishy taste. They can accommodate kids with simple dishes which is great but remember to say poultry (volaille) and not chicken (poulet) or you will upset the boss, she is precious about it. Nonetheless, our daughter enjoyed her chicken and pasta, or maybe was it fusilli lunghi? They can also accommodate gluten intolerant customers (which is becoming more and more common in restaurants in France) and the boss seems thoroughly knowledgeable about gluten... Overall, a pleasant enough dinner al fresco but golly, wasn't it windy and chilly for a summer night! Given the unseasonable temperature, the slow service did become more than a slight annoyance towards the end of the meal.

Delightful dining experience at this lovely restaurant. The ambiance, service and food were impeccable and the whole experience was fantastic. We would love to return when we are in the area again.

Nice place. Fantastique setting and a brilliant atmosphere. The modern cuisine is nice and the service was outstanding. Wasn't mad of their goat cheese "dessert" but that is just my taste.

Accommodation: My husband and I stayed at Le Pre’ Gourmand as part of our honeymoon for 2 nights. We had the most magical time staying at this quaint accommodation. Every detail is thought of, the rooms and facilities are immaculate. The owners are lovely and were extremely accommodating. We honestly had the best stay we have had in our entire trip of Europe. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Olivia and Randal

We were here for having dinner. It is not cheap but worth a visit. We had a menu at 62€ per person with a complimentary amouse bouche as well as complimentary petit fours at the end. The tomato with lobster as starter was well presented and the lobster really tasty. Really original the presentation of the foie gras my wife took. The monkfish less spectacular in the presentation but really good in taste. My bull steak as main course really tasty. Really good as well as the homemade bread rolls: especially the thyme/lemon one. My dessert (apricot variation) also well presented and tasty while the chevre plate of my wife too basic if compared to the other plates. For sure an experience to recommend. A special mention to the young girl serving us: professional, with style and good product knowledge.

Amazing! Delightfully presented food that touched all senses. The exquisite foie gras was wrapped in cotton candy that evaporated and the cooked-to-perfection bull steak came wrapped in a bag filled with smoking wood chips. The service was attentive and professional. And the view of the field from the veranda made the entire evening a dinning experience that we will not forget.

Poor service, very slow, unprofessional server and not friendly at all. Food was tasty, formal, not ideal for families.
