Small lake with accessible parking. You can come here for a picnic with the kids. Views are very nice and there are some short hikes to the village and back. Swimming is not recommended.

When windy think it over, it's not easy to stay around the small lake, and ofcourse when it's calm and ideal you're not the only one who has planned a visit. Though the lake is the attraction, the many trails around for hiking or climbing are the real reason to visit. Families and children under the trees and figures of adventurers high on the rocks!

Amazing lake in beautiful mountains with an adventurous path to cross. You have to be good climber if you are going by foot.

Pricy xp ! We went there to camp one night. The fish guard called the cops because it seems we were not supposed to be there. Yes in 2019 doesn't know how to talk to people anymore. Aside from that, great place for only 38€ thé first night 😂

Lovely place. June to September you have to park 2km away and walk. Great walk. Uphill through pines. Swimming forbidden but everyone does it anyway. Great water. Some algae and lake weeds but no major concern. Good temperature.

St Rèmy is a beautiful, but warm place in summer. You can travel to the sea or distant waters, but this is so much better: a nearby lake created by the Romans (!) and mostly known and frequented by locals. Bring your own food and drink. And enjoy.

So remote and so beautiful. Directuons are utterly hopeless. Went for a swim even though the signs said not to. Came out with itchy algae but still worth it. Utterly beautiful.

Pretty place ! Could benefit from some additional arrangement (better beach, some benches, tables to eat, trash bins, etc). Also, they could use better directions (trek markings, signs) !

Nice lake with easy car access. Suitable for families with small kids as the access to the water is near the car park.

Beautiful lake, plenty of spots for a picnic, parking nearby.

A beautiful site with warm water. However, there is a mile walk uphill to access the site and a lot of seaweed.

👍👍 It was formerly the entrance to the city of Glanum. The Jules Mausoleum was erected by the Julii (one of the major Roman families), in honour of their father and grandfather. It is particularly well preserved. It has a rectangular base with four sculpted fasciae, it is surmounted by a triumphal arch...

👍 There are no Van Gogh's works. Only detailed information about his life. I did not get this info from web page. Very nice lady at cash desk.
