Pros: Typical Ibis hotel with good value for the money. Good breakfast. Clean room, decent bed, excellent staff. Free parking in the weekends around hotel. 15 mins to center and 5 min to train station. Cons: 1. From all the ibis hotels i've been around Europe this one has the worse shower type. The bathroom should be renovated as its a bit out of date, comparing to other Ibis hotels. 2. I did not like the attitude of the staff for dogs inside the restaurant, for the morning breakfast. I don't mind dogs inside a restaurant or the fact that the owners feed them with food from the table. But i do mind when the owners will hand feed the dog with food, and without washing there hands they go to the Swedish buffet breakfast tables and take more food on the plate using there hands. So if the dogs has licked other 'things' early in the morning other lucky customers will have the same by just going for breakfast. This is quite serious for the hotels as some people might get sick.Not to mention that children eat there also and they can get sick quite easy, and this will end your vacation.

We arrived early evening and went into the centre, we did not feel safe or comfortable. It is run down within the city walls and a lot of homeless people. There are some beautiful buildings and views in the centre, sadly we were not there long enough to visit during the day.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful, rooms were a bit small but comfortable and clean. The ones overlooking the backyard are quieter. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and very complete. The only bad thing it's that's a little distance away from the city centre, so a lot of walking to get anywhere! Otherwise, it's great to get in and out by the highway.

room small, i took double room!! too small, and you can hear all came from other room.. too noise! the walls were not soundproofed. break-fast really good. you have to much choice and good quality.

Stayed here as part of a budget travel tour. The room is way too small like living in a closet and the thermostat does not work. I this place is a dump and I would not recommend it. Luckily, it is only for one night.

Absolutely recommendable. Rare level of service, the staff took care and pride in providing a nice stay. Not luxury - but 5/5 on experience for the cost. I for one would consider to use this accommodation again - mainly for the spirit of the staff. Oh, and fine placing centre of town. Go!

Let’s start with the good things: - very conveniently located close to the beautifully mesmerizing old city in Avignon - very friendly and accommodating staff - great breakfast - an operable window that we could open Unfortunately, the following negative things made it really difficult to enjoy our stay: - no air conditioning (3-star hotels are supposed to have this?)& -no thermostat or way to control the temperature of the room - no screens in the window - noisy construction project outstide our window

It's ok, bathroom and room extremely small.

The hotel is so dirty for the price of 274£ for 2 nights.mouse and rats every where .I don’t recommend this place .disappointed.
