Room and hotel were both clean. While I can understand why some would say the rooms are outdated... our room had a large bathroom and appeared to have been updated recently. The free parking on the private lot in the back was a bonus. The only downside is that the AC was down on all of the 2nd floor with no immediate rush to fix. I would suggest bringing mosquito repellant for the night time when you have to open the window for some air. Otherwise can't complain, the location was great... close to the main square and shopping streets. 15 minute walk from the plais de pape. The street raspail is quiet and safe at night. We would stay here again.

Acceptable hotel that we used for bed and breakfast on a short stop in the city. We chose it because it has a charging spot for EV in the parking. They said they had 2, one generic electric cars and one only for Teslas. I didn't see the generic one, but the Tesla one worked great. Instead of 10 EUR for the parking, you pay 15 EUR and that includes charging it for all night. It was not possible to reserve the spot, so I guess we were lucky; I am not sure if I would risk it again. The parking is in an enclosed place behind the hotel (private for the hotel) but it is outdoors (i.e. no roof) We paid 11 EUR per person for breakfast. It was a good breakfast.

I give this hotel two starts because the location is terrific. Otherwise I would give it 1 1/2. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were given the key to our room. Immediately, I smelled smoke, even though the room was a no-smoking one and there was a big sign stating that on the door. Sure enough, I found an ashtray with residue of a cigarette on the table. When I complained, the front desk person could not have possibly cared less. She said, "What do you want me to do?" I requested a new room. She said the hotel was full (hard to believe) and it was not possible. No apology. In addition, the backboard on the bed was"pillowed" and stunk of mildew - and probably smoke. The couple who greeted us in the morning were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was nice. But the smoke issue made me not want to stay there again.

Great location. Great owners! We stayed longer then we purpose to and that was no problem at all. The people are really friendly and professional. And not least, the hotel is clean. The rooms are clean and fresh and the breakfast is really good. I recommend this hotel.

Location was good for exploring, off road parking available (at a cost). Reception and dinning area were reasonable, what let it down for us was the quality of bedroom and bathroom. The shower head fixing had broken and not been repaired. And the bedroom was more like accommodation you'd expect in a hostel than a hotel. Price was reasonable for area but we were expecting a little more than we received. Would look elsewhere next time.

Excellent location on a quiet side street next to main tourist street and very close to train station. All sites easily in walking distance. Spartan room, with balconies or terraces. Daily maid service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Nice place, though nothing special. There's free parking on back and a little hospitality room with free coffee and tea. I did see some ants, and the shower had no curtain, so it could be better. The people there were quite nice though.

The hotel and owner could not have been better. The owner was very helpful working with us and helping with internet and directions. Anignon was a great city and we really enjoyed being there. We did not eat breakfast there but enjoyed finding little cafes in the neighborhood to enjoy. They had a nice secure, parking area that we used. It was a very good experience for traveling Americans in France.

Very noicy air conditioner which took more than 4h to cool down the room from ~24° to ~20° even on highest speed possibel, also the airco was so dirty we got stains on the bed and had to request new bedsheets. Staff was at first denying the issues with the airco and afterward tried to blame us for the dirt because we had put the airco on highest speed. The hotel is for sure overcharging the price and I can definitely not recommend a visit.

Just what we needed for a short stay, close to everything. Staff very helpful. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast plentiful.

The personal its great, friendly and very helpfuly, the rooms are clean but need a little bit more love, and some renovación.
