Super staff, great location, the place is charming, even during sunny winter days. I recommend the spa & massage : very professional, no BS. Standard rooms are clean, maybe a bit tiny. Book without hesitation ✌️

Very nice hotel, ideally located in walking distance to the town centre. On Wednesday there is a big Provencal market in town. Comfortable bedroom and breakfast (12€ p.P.) was ok for the price. Replenishment at breakfast a bit slow. Price for hotel out of season is ok (we stayed in October). There’s also a spa facility which we didn’t try, but prices looked rather on the upper side.

Quite a bad experience. Rude and harsh service. Breakfast is quite poor, plenty of bread but no much else. The blonde lady serving it was everything but friendly. Internet is old-fashioned and slow, with a silly interface that you have to log in everyday. At least rooms are decent.

Great hotel! Within a 10 minute walk to fantastic St. Remy with all it’s restaurants. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very nice with homemade yogurt and served in an attractive, bright room. There is parking which is gated after a certain time (you get a passcode). The staff was very polite although I do think one of the owners or managers who was present while we were there had a little snobbishness going on.

Second time for us. Just perfect. Rooms are great, swimming pool is great and the team is soooo nice. Love this place.

Lovely place, perfect location just 2min by foot away from the city centre. Quiet, cozy, clean, lots of green, good service, reasonable prices and a small pool to relax after a day packed with excursions in the Provence. Would definitely go there again. If you want to have a balcony or terrace make sure not to book the cheapest category. Oh, and they have enough parking space, which is really a plus if you consider the parking situation in St. Remy in general :-)

I have used this hotel several times. Rooms have been renovated, they are nice and clean. Breakfast is nice. Swimming pool is small but nice. My main issue to give a so so rate is the service in the morning shift. The people in the afternoon are lovely and always willing to assist you. The woman in charge of the morning shift is mean, and rude. She yields at people for arriving to early for breakfast or she yields at people if you are having a "loud" conversation. Also, if you do not speak French she has an attitude about this. It is a shame for them that many people have the same bad opinion about the morning service, but not changes have been made. However, St Remy it's a very touristic place and many of the other hotels are smaller and booked most of the time. Therefore, in my case; I have to ignore this issue due to the lack of availability in other places.

Mixed feeling. Rooms are very clean (but maybe a bit outdated), and the price for the location (in the overly expensive St Remy) are very good. Don't expect anything special, but it will give you everything you need to spend a couple of days in St Remy.

What a beautiful, peaceful hotel. Clean rooms with comfortable bed and good AC. Breakfast has tasty local cheese, dairy, and fruit preserves, as well as tasty coffee. Pool is nice and we'll shaded in the late afternoon. Quick walk to get to restaurants.

Fantastic quiet hotel, great location, great service. The room was very clean with comfortable bed, great shower with good water pressure and temperature.
