The staffs are super nice and keen to answer everything to us. The view is amazing, you can see the panoramic view of the mountains, the river and Avignon old town. The public transportation is also convenient, 3mins walk to the bus station and 5mins drive to Avignon old town. The room is cozy, quiet and safe with everything you need. It's a pity that I don't have the chance to try the dinner there. I have lots of fun in the pool, totally private space. All in all, Maison Orsini is absolutely a good option for you in Avignon.

Incredible stay! So quiet, beautiful, safe, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of breads and pastries, fresh cheese, fresh fruits, and fresh juices. Very easy to get into Avignon, we uber-ed to and from for a very affordable price. Folco was also super nice.

Stayed here for a week in Oct 2017. Beautiful historic property with a relaxing courtyard that has amazing views across the Rhone to Avignon. Had an amazing experience and would highly recommend staying here. Family run with a very relaxing atmosphere and professional service and advice on the surrounding area. Excellent breakfast a restored medieval building with nice fire place and view over the river. I stayed in the small house with a well equipped kitchen.

Charming and quiet property overlooking a beautiful view of Avignon! Folco is very helpful with directions and suggestions. Many restaurants are down the hill and a 10 minute walk away. The bus stops on the other side of the hill and takes you to Avignon. Parking around the ramparts is a nightmare so take the bus or walk; it's only a 30 min walk. Breakfast is simple but perfect. Our quadruple room had 3 double beds! Plenty of room for our family. My only complaint is that we only stayed one night! We loved Maison Orsini and highly recommend it

A beautiful and charming building set in a small village within Avignon. Amazing views of the 12 century castle across the hill. Folco, the manager is exceptionally helpful. A must stay if you can get a room

We stayed at the Maison Orsini in the fall of 2019. The B&B, the view, the food and the hospitality were all excellent. I lack a means of saying what they could improve upon. Folco Pisani was the perfect host. The place is a single seating restaurant at night and a must to try out at least once. An outstanding meal. I would also highly recommend spending some time visiting the local town of Villeneuve. 5 minutes walking distance to it's heart with wonderful local shops, eateries and sights of it's own. Magical.

We were looking for somewhere to stay with 2 kids near Avignon and we completely lucked out with Maison Orsini! Stayed in the gite on site - charming little house (but with modern aircon which was very welcome in August), highlights were breakfast on the terrace with views of the Palais des Papes across the Rhone, and use of the shared pool in a secluded, quiet and beautify garden. A 5 minute stroll into Villeneuve with loads of great restaurants, beautiful c14th fort, abbey and other sights to explore. Also open as a restaurant for dinner 5 nights a week, highly recommended

Wonderful experience! 5 Stars! We stayed for 5 nights with a small child and it was a great choice. We had a few other hotel options in mind for our trip and I’m so glad we chose Maison Orsini. 1. Folco the manager/owner makes for a great experience. He can provide suggestions for your plans if you want, directions if you need them, and whatever makes your stay more enjoyable and most important makes you feel at home. We even requested a pack and play for our 17 month old and it was set up when we got there! 2. Location. There are beautiful views, close to Avignon and you can park outside the hotel if driving( can’t do that in old town Avignon). Our favorite part was you can easily walk to the town square of Villeneuve-les-Avignon which has several restaurants, shops, and a market for wine food etc. This is the BEST, especially if you have kids. You can drink with dinner and simply walk back to your room-no driving. And finish your night sipping wine on the patio 3. The B&B itself is charming and the rooms have provincial character but are still updated and comfortable. Our room was cleaned each day and we had air conditioning units! 4. Breakfast. The owner goes to the patisserie and picks local pastries, cheeses, fruit, yogurt and more. This was a great start to each day! This is more than just a place to stay on your trip! Trust me!

Great secluded location in the village, private apartments, amazing view, great service.

Falco was so wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. We felt like we were at home instantly. Got one of the “suites” with an amazing view of Avignon’s old town plus a large deep bathtub that we thoroughly enjoyed. And breakfast was delightful. Would love to come back.

We loved Maison Orsini. I very much want to return. The owner was so attentive. The location was gorgeous - afforded an expansive view of the whole area. Breakfast was delicious. I think if you are traveling with a car as we were - it is THE BEST place to stay in Avignon. They have private protected parking just across the street. It is comfortable, beautiful, and accessible to the whole area. Go to Maison Orsini!

Such an amazing experience, loved everything about Maison Orsini...especially Folco, our host! Folco is such a gracious and efficient host that prepares the best cappuccino. The location couldn't be any better. I honestly can't wait to return and enjoy Maison Orsini again.

Maison Orsini is a great place to stay in Avignon/Villeneuve. The rooms are charming and the view across the river to Avignon from the terrace is amazing.
