    Went to property and found a rodent problem. Did not notify owner until harangued. No same day service like Orkin. Never received report on Sunday as promised. Received ambiguous quit with poor detail that was twice what Orkin quoted. Tried to schedule exterminator on Monday but they were going to send another inspector/report writer. Terminix seems to think their mission is to write reports and gauge their customer rather than kill pests. Never, ever, again will I use them.

    Great service. Had a solution for everything we needed done. The only negative is the price. They were a lot more expensive than some of their competitors

    I'm a realtor setting up a inspection for my client. They "no showed" the appointment. Called and tried to get a manager to address the issue. No returned calls, no resolution at all. Spent 2 hours of my life trying to get anybody to come inspect the property and they told me they are short handed and they'd have a manager call me. 5 days later and still no call. I called Western Exterminators and had them come out for me in less than 72 hours. I won't recommend this company to anybody!

    I cancelled my account today in the Santa Maria office. I talked with Nate and after 25 minutes he took all my information. He then said I need to transfer you to my colleagues. The phone just had a recording that I listened to for at least 10-14 minutes before I hung up. I called the Santa Maria office and talked with a young lady, she sounded black and if I am wrong, I am sorry. She did try to transfer me and wait for a person again no one. I said let them know I cancelled my account, you have all my information. The young lady started to get patronizing so I asked for the supervisor. She put me on hold close to 30 minutes with no one answering so I hung up. I really liked your guys but have to put terminx on hold . This experience just made me think I would not use your business again nor recommend. I didnโ€™t contact the other office but I cancel my contract with Terminx.

    Overall the service was less than average. We never spoke to anyone other than a phone call saying service would be the next day. Robert the technician who came out a couple times over the last year was extremely helpful and asked numerous questions about our concerns and needs considering we have 2 young kids. We live near a large open space so lots of creepy crawlers. If there was more follow up or at least an annual walk through I think we would have kept the service. 125$ per visit and little details. No thanks.

    Terminix reminds me of annual inspections. The inspectors have been knowledgeable and thorough. In the past when I had termite problems they were quick to address the issue and resolve it. The do occasionally send ads about other pest services available but have never been pushy (or even mentioned) about me getting them during a termite inspection.

    Terminex scheduling system is terrible. Both times I had to schedule with them I got text confirming different times and then the technicians had different times. Then they called me at 7am to give this review. Then people are nice though and bugs were killed.

    My service technician came out to plug up holes in my house so rodents couldnโ€™t get inside my walls and attic. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing.

    Although no problems were found, I signed up for preventative maintenance going forward for my own peace of mind. I feel comfortable with this company for this service.

    We have not had an ant infestation in our home since we started using Terminix! We have also seen a major decrease in spiders around the property. Our tech Robert Brayton is the absolute best! He is professional, trustworthy, and personable! Great work!

    Terminix Santa Maria Ca. We agreed to try Terminix mosquito treatment for $59.00. I was told it was guaranteed. They sprayed the property 3-times, because the treatment just didn't work. The poor technicians were even commenting how bad they were when they were being attacked. I cancelled the service. I asked for my money back. I spoke with a representative and she said someone will get back to me, or I would receive an invoice describing their findings. The next month I received an addition bill for $59.00. I called back and basically argued asking to speak with a manager. The representative just would not listen to me. I had previously used them consistently for 4 yrs with their basic pesticide package. I can't understand how a co. like this remains in business. I fill betrayed and would recommend to never ever refer them to someone you care about.

    Customer service & care has been wonderful. The service technicians have always been prompt, friendly, attentive, and thorough. We have noticed a significant decrease in the amount of bugs, spiders, etc., both inside and outside of our home. I can honestly say I donโ€™t believe we see more than 3 bugs per month, if that! We will continue our service with Terminix indefinitely!!! Thank you, Terminix! We are very satisfied ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I cannot forget how, many years ago, the then Branch Manager sat on our request for reimbursement for many months while telling us he was fighting for us with the head office. Finally, I called Memphis and talked to someone in authority who proclaimed they had never received our request and I sent it to her and we got paid right away. So, while locally, the inspectors and now the newer Branch Managers have been very professional and helpful, it really depends on who the Company puts in positions of authority on the local level and having had one terrible experience, it just stays with you. That experience came about when we had termite damage and the Company was going to send a contractor from Santa Maria to fix it at a terrific expense and we volunteered that we knew an honest and knowledgeable person who would do it much less expensively. We hired that person and paid him and sought reimbursement which the Santa Maria Manager held up while lying to us for months. You'd think the Company would have been overjoyed that we could offer someone to save the Company thousands of dollars. But, no good deed goes unpunished. When we had, decades later, some hardwood floor damage, we wanted our original floor installer to do the repair rather than the Company's contractor - this time when we paid the person, we got reimbursed in a reasonable time, but had to fight like hell to get approval for that.
