    It took them 5 minutes to have someone in the front to take my order and i was the only inside customer. I ordered brown rice but I received white rice instead . I didn't have time to complain . Overall ok .

    It’s cool that you can drive through and order food easy and fast . Not so many options on menu But for cheep price food is not so bad

    The food quality isn’t the same, costumer service is okay. Don’t forget to check if you have utensils and napkins. The chicken looks yellow idk It doesn’t like before.

    Went in here recently and was blown away with the neglectful behavior of these young staff. They were immediately acting racist upon arrival. Like kind of disgusting showing that they were just devils in uniform angry I was young and successful. They continued speaking in only spanish and snickering between themselves. It was late the store is generally 75% emptier than most fast food restaurants so the message they were sending across is I can be lazy at my job with customer service. They were trying everything to act grown and gangsterish to be cool for attention. Although I sat polite it angered them more. Then the food was ready this short girl came and placed the order on the counter to just shove in my direction said "there you go" and walked away. Given the high affluent area I was blown away. But this is what happens when you let arrogant kids run a business and your register instead of embracing a mature adult who pride their customers and has value understanding that their service directly impacts your income. What sucks is that I didn't get there names but I do remember what they look like so I'll be copying and pasting this to your corporate and leaving this here as a badge of honor so that my own community of color can know what you really are all about

    Food quality is not the greatest. The restaurant had a weird smell. The problem that I had was the manager professionalism. Saw a guy go in for an interview, and the manager said I don't have time, come back in two days." Not very professional, to me. Not going to give business to anyone that treats people so poorly.

    OK so I’m kind of a short patient guy and I know how long it takes to make a beef pool when there’s no line at the store I ordered to drive-through noticed that it took a bit longer than usual I still went around part and Windsor store and wasn’t ready yet so I felt kind of funny about it me being me at the end I ended up giving the beef to a homeless guy outside just because I’ve been getting this type treatment everywhere I go now I should do a log off how you treated and if you guys go to my late post I’ll you could tell the difference from my first post to the ones just recently so I will be really hard on customer service with them or how quick or how safe they are

    This is my second time going to this location at the drive thru. It has been awhile cuz last time it was a negative experience as well. That girl was more focused on her looks than attending the customers. This girl apparently couldn't hear me through the speaker & with an attitude said "I can't hear you!" Until the third time,a miracle happened! Liliana finally heard me...what a surprise! It's not the customer's fault if the volume is low or you need to change the speaker. Anyways,when she gave me the cold food,she immediately walked away. Didn't even bother asking if I needed soy sauce or ginger,which I love. Hopefully someday there will be a polite,professional cashier at the drive thru🙏

    The worst yoshinoya. I get it. Understaffed. So a longer then usual wait time is expected. However if I order a bowl with no veggies because I'm allergic to cabbage don't just take it out and pour sauce over the spot where the veggies were. Replace the order. And definitely don't say I ordered it like that when I can't eat this. Waste of money and time. They never get orders right there. I work 3 blocks away and I will never go to this one again. Literally can't if you can't get simple orders right.

    Food was okay! Great for an on the go situation or if you’re hungry and looking for something fast and will fill you up. Did the job for lunch. The gyudon beef was a bit fatty though, I would also recommend getting light sauce or sauce on the side if you don’t like overly saucy lunches.

    This was my first time at a Yoshinoya, I was unimpressed. The Gyudon Beef smelled like butt, the rice was ok, and the service was sub-par. I will NOT be returning. YUK!!!

    The longest dine in wait time I've ever had to deal with. Save yourself and just go through drive thru (which they place much higher importance to). Or visit another location nearby.

    I come here a lot over the years. Used to be my favorite food but overtime the quality of the food has declined. I am lucky if my broccoli isn’t rotten in my meal. I also don’t like that sometimes they give too much teriyaki sauce but the food isn’t bad if they just make it fresh and make sure the broccoli is fresh. The broccoli is the best part, I only ask for it to be green and not yellow when I get it in my meal. Also stop removing good food from your menu, I miss the clam chowder and teriyaki sesame chicken balls. That’s all.

    Gotto say the management in this place is real bad . Place is always a mess. You stand in line and it takes them over 5 min to get to you and I mean I'm the only one in line. Not once twice but it's been several times. Beef is always too salty. And today ,I experienced 2 pieces of chicken bone. I told the attendant she didn't even excuse herself or say she was sorry. Not only that but the chicken was not cooked enough .I could just turn around and sue cause I could've choked. Then I heard her tell the cook and they both laugh . Very bad . You people really gotto fire all those working there and get real workers. I'm gonna start giving them hell on getting my money back everytime food is too salty or not well cooked . Judy for giving me the attitude they gave me today.

    I’m happy Yoshinoya is open late & has a drive thru! You can order veggies instead of rice, so it’s a very healthy meal! The sweet chili shrimp is so yummy, and tilapia is pretty awesome too. The potatoes are delicious- they came out really hot, crunchy on the outside & soft on the inside. An added bonus, I found a coupon for it!

    Ordered food in the drive thru, employee got the order wrong. When I asked for the second combo the employee told me that I had to wait 10- 15 minutes because there was a car behind us. I decided to just keep the one combo and left.

    Came through the drive through a little before 12 and got the "thank you for your visit but we are closed" message. The google page says you are open until 1am, if that has changed you should notify google and update your hours. Nothing is worse than driving in the cold and not being able to order.

    I have been going to this location for years, and there is a high employee turnout. Means the place has issue with maintaining and retaining their employees. Or the employees are not doing their tasks as required. Many times, the restaurant is understaffed, and the employees are overwhelmed with customers' orders and demands. It could be a stressful work environment for employees. Lately, in the last year, I have never been asked if I want condiments, I have to request my condiments. When I ask for more of certain condiments, the employees 🙄 look upset with an attitude. When I pick up, employees never say thank you. When i say thank you to the employees, never respond with gratitude always turn their face away from you. The quantity measurements are always different, sometimes fair and enough, and sometimes less than what it should be. Because they scramble orders, no enough time to serve the clients. And the cook changes very frequently. Generally, it is higher quality than the location at Pico Blvd and San Vicente. Needs some consistency and employee training and supervision. Above all, they need enough people working inside.

    I visited this location the drive thru attendant didn’t take my Oder was extremely rude his name was Daniel . I asked him to speak to a supervisor said there was none available. I googled the location number and called right then and there supervisor named trasindo answered don’t think I spelled his name wrong but he answered right alway and started explaining what happen and all he had to say was you told me what you need bye and hung up NEVER RETURNING to the location extremely Unprofessional
