Easy to work with for the most part...I've been pretty happy. Up until I had a virtual visit and am now being charged for a regular office visit. When questioning them why, I was told "Its the same thing being that the Dr. can see you" What a joke. No, it's not the same thing. My vitals weren't taken, nothing,. She stared at me through a screen and talked to me for 5 minutes. They weren't understanding or compassionate at all. Thankful to my insurance for getting involved and fixing the issue. These companies will do anything to get extra money out of you... so scammy.

I met with Dr Chelsey Kahanowitch. I had been looking for a new primary care physician for a couple years now. I went to see her for a general physical and some other ailments She was friendly, kind, easy to get along with and gave me the time I needed to tell her how I was. I found her to be very respectful, timely and got things done. I was able to book an appointment within a week which is very reasonable these days and she was generally excellent to talk with. I highly recommend her services and the Adventist Health Physicians Network. I like the app and the site. Makes it easy to get to your results and status of yourself.

Excellent service and advice from my pcp. The staff was accommodating when I called for an appointment. It is always a pleasure going to see Dr Takeda.

Annual physical with Dr. Takeda went way better than expected. Results were better than my previous one. I'm happy with that trend. All is well.

Doctors, nurses, and radiology techs were all so supportive and helpful. My son fractured his arm and they made him feel comfortable. So grateful to Sean and Dr. Murphy!!

We are extremely fortunate to have a doctor like Dr. Dingilian. He is experienced, kind, thoughtful, intelligent and funny. Whenever we have any issues, he quickly will put our minds at ease. Highly recommend!!

Ear wax removal by flushing was an extremely painful procedure and left me at least 95% deaf in that ear the next day. Avoid this procedure if you can. Referral to an ear-nose-throat specialist for the job to be done by suction succeeded though mild discomfort continues four days later. Otherwise, excellent care.

Always efficient. Dr Takada has been my GP of choice for 20 years. He's the best!

Front desk was kind professional and no wait time. Nurse were patient and kind and Dr Yamata was so thorough and listened to get to know all details/information. Very professional and knowledgeable. Followed up as he said he would also. I’m very happy I’m a part of Dr Yamata group.

Friendly check-in, very minimal wait and exceptional care from the doctor. The doctor takes the necessary time to make sure he addresses your symptoms and you as a person - not a rush to get you out and the next person in….caring.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Yamada and his staff. Dr. Yamada has been my GP for 20 years. I have never been to any other doctor (and I’ve been to a few!) who has shown as much care, dedication, and thoroughness as Dr. Yamada.

Rude front desk female assistant told me the doctor I wanted was not taking any new patients, I asked her which doctors were and she recommended a male doctor and a female nurse practitioner. I asked her if there were any female doctors accepting new patients and again she said the nurse practitioner. Not the same as a doctor and not sure why she’s recommending one without even knowing why I need to come in. Also just an overall rude tone of voice.

Dr Takeda is a wonderful doctor and never makes you feel that he is rushing, however busy he may be. He takes time to listen to whatever you need to discuss.The office staff is very helpful and friendly as well. I have been a patient for many years at this office andI have never been disappointed.

I’ve been a patient at Simi Adventist health for the past 12 years, Great service from the office to the nurses, never had to wait longer than 5 minutes before I see Dr. Takeda who’s always been helpful, knowledgeable, reply to my messages in a timely manner, awesome doctor!!

I have been with Dr. Yamada for over 25 years and am very happy with him as my doctor. He is a very caring and gentle physician. He takes his time and treats you as an important person.

When my former family doctor retired in the early 1990s, I asked one of the specialsts I see for a referral for a new family doctor. I have been with this office ever since. Various family members have followed me to this practice, I can't imagine why I would ever change. The service is excellent. The staff is helpful and respectfully friendly. The doctors are excellent listeners and spend the time necessary with me to satisfy my medical needs. I highly recommend this practice, especially Dr Takeda and Dr Yamada.

Wonderful office and medical staff! I’ve been a patient of this group for 20 years and they have improved over time. Today a real person answers the phone and everyone is viewing all my medical history using computer technology. Everything is at their fingertips so they know the right questions to ask and can remind me of things I might have forgotten. Everyone is kind and professional. One thing you can’t fake is a healthy work environment. In all my interactions with this office people are in a good mood & have a smile to offer.

Great nursing staff and Doctors. Very good about appointments. Never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. They have also been very accommodating when we've had to adjust appointments or been late. They're on call phone line is great. They always get back to us within 30 minutes of our call, and have great advice. Especially important for our little ones.

Dr. Yamaha is wonderful. Takes his time and makes sure you understand everything you need to know. Very pleasant and caring. His staff is very helpful and friendly. Great Practice.

My daughter and I have both met with Dr. Kahanowitch. She was attentive, earnest and practical. I was immediately comfortable. My daughter was cautious after having been through a few physicians and PAs that kept moving on and was sold after the first encounter. The nursing staff in the office if pretty fantastic too.
