My
cat
is
a
patient
with
the
clinic,
and
prior
to
yesterday
we've
had
perfectly
fine
experiences.
My
cat
is
sick,
I
called
to
see
if
they
had
any
same
day
appointments
(as
this
is
something
they
have
had
in
the
past
for
sick
animals)
and
they
told
me
no
that
the
next
appointment
would
be
in
a
week
and
to
go
to
urgent
care.
I
called
back
later
just
to
see
if
there
were
any
cancellations
and
if
I
could
make
an
appointment
for
next
week
as
I
want
my
cat
to
see
our
regular
vet
to
make
sure
nothing
was
missed
at
Urgent
Care
and
in
case
the
issue
was
not
resolved
by
then.
I
was
told
no.
Both
calls
were
unpleasant
and
rude.
Really
unsure
why
I
was
not
allowed
to
even
make
a
future
appointment
for
my
sick
cat.
I
am
going
to
be
looking
for
another
vet
since
I
can't
even
make
an
appointment
for
my
cat
to
be
seen
and
I
don't
know
if
I
feel
comfortable
taking
him
somewhere
that
does
not
appear
to
place
value
on
my
pet's
health.
You
shouldn't
be
seen
as
an
imposition
or
an
inconvenience
for
trying
to
make
sure
you
pet
is
healthy
and
well.
