My visit was more matter of fact than rife with warmth that is certain. To follow, my phone call for follow up was not returned and when my dogs heart results were sent to dr Gleason I got not one phone call. Additionally when the request for my dogs vitals were called in they were not sent off. They had 4 weeks to send them. My second star rating was because they have a parking lot🙈

Nice staff and facility but they over charge and upsell significantly more than other vets. We took our two cats in for a regular check up and it came out to over $300. They gave us flea medicine even though our cats our indoors and don’t have fleas and charged us $130 for it. They told us our both of our cats needed a teeth cleaning and that regular teeth cleaning starts at $800 per cat! Instead, we went to Park La Brea Veterinary Care and they told us that only one of our cats needs a teeth cleaning and the entire visit only cost $300. I would highly recommend going there instead.

Once again, Beverly Robertson veterinary hospital rocks! Dr. Nassi and his staff are kind, professional and they love what they do! Special regards and gratitude to Jennifer, because for all these years as a dog mama i haven't met a vet technician who was so gentle, kind, knowledgeable and serious. She is also an amazing assistant to medical director Dr. Nassi and a huge pro in helping with pet travel certificates. Thank you Beverly Robertson Vet, we love you!

Great clinic! The staff is extremely caring and kind. I brought my dog here for any kind of care he needed. The doctor performed several surgeries on my dog and he always healed nicely and quickly. I only trusted him to see my dog Max all the way until his last moments. Dr. Nassi and his staff are very knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. I highly recommend this clinic for pet owners.

I found this clinic after I called several others to give us an international health certificate. Surprisingly, there aren't many vets that are accredited to issue one in LA. I am glad we came. The stuff is very friendly, my cat loved them. Dr. Nassi prepared us for the travel, answered all my questions and gave medication to help my cat keep calm during the long flight. Some countries are tricky to travel to with a pet as they require the USDA approval just before the trip, I was very worried about that but Jennifer followed the process very closely and submitted the papers in a way that they got approved just on time and made it to me before the flight. So, this is my thank you message for Dr. Nassi, Jennifer and all the stuff! Thank you!!!

Dodged a bullet on this one! I was going to take my dog here so I called and kept getting put on hold immediately. Normally I wouldn’t have an issue with this but there was no greeting or “hello, thanks for calling”…nothing at all. Eventually some girl answered the phone so I mentioned I kept getting put on hold. She said “well yeah there’s one person in front of you”. Then proceeded to put me on hold again… If that’s how they treat their potential clients then I want no part of it. You guys should train your front desk on proper phone etiquette.

Professional and efficient clinic. The vet is very caring and personally involved. They have an international health certificate service. I used them for this and they helped me amazingly!

I took my 8-year-old cat in for hair loss, and they were able to test, diagnose, and give me medication in one visit! I am pleased and may make this the place I take all my animals.

I went here cause of the good reviews and I honestly don’t know how they have such high ratings. I had similar problems to other people who put low stars. You feel like an inconvenience when you’re there which is not how it should be at a vet, especially when you’re paying them hundreds of dollars. Dr. Kamran Nassi was horrible so if he walks into the room, ask for someone else. I’m not exaggerating when I say he scolded me and said “I don’t care where your dog gets (subject we were talking about) done”. This was all because I couldn’t find my dogs medical records, we just moved from a different state, and come to find out the medical records weren’t even necessary?? Very poor social skills. I was also in the room for maybe 15 minutes (5 of that was being yelled at by the Dr.) and then left paying over $200 for a flea check up. I would just go somewhere else, obviously more than one person has complained about their customer service and it’s true. Especially with Dr. Nassi, not a fan at all.

I used to be a client here, but just made the switch to a new vet. I found the animal care itself relatively adequate, but the their customer service is awful. Every time I had come to them for an apt I was never greeted in a friendly warm manner. It was always a "can I help you?" attitude, no smiling, no asking how my pet is doing today. I also never appreciated them taking my pet to the back of hospital for treatment. My cat gets very scared and upset when removed from me and into a new environment. Overall, this place needs to work on their front of office customer service skills. Never treat the client + pet like they're an inconvenience and ALWAYS be smiley, bubbly, and warm no matter how stressed and overworked you are. Reception skills are everything!

Not satisfied with the care. Poor communicators, not apologetic, hard to reach, you can never get your animal seen in a timely way when they are sick, they jack up the prices for medications, and try to make you buy more than you need over and over again. Have had multiple episodes of them not communicating clearly, and having us buy a medication we already had, then making a nonsense excuse for why we needed it. I am a doctor (for people) so I read the ingredients and know when they are just selling us the same thing. My dog got inferior care here and his infection got worse for weeks before they prescribed the right medicine. We had to call over and over to get a response. They said the vet had called us sooner to prescribe something but we had no voicemails and when we asked if we could pick up what was prescribed there was nothing available to pick up. Dr. Nassi is a nice guy but his staff is not easy to work with and they don’t have time for your pet. Go somewhere else.

I’ve been taking my cats to Dr. Nassi for almost 10 years. He is the only vet I trust. He and his office are always extremely thorough and thoughtful. The office is popular for that reason, so I understand some of the reviews re: appt and wait times, but it’s worth it for us as our pets are our kids and I only trust the best.

I have been coming her for over a year. It is impossible to get an appointment, which I understand is more the norm these days. However, I wish Beverly Robertson would understand too. You have to wait 4-6 weeks for an annual exam. Wait 3-4 weeks for a sick visit. I have had to go to other vets for sick visits. They often do not return phone calls like they promise. I booked my dog an appt for 10/10/2022 earlier this week. I called today asking if I could get a one month supply of flea medicine to bridge us until the October appointment. The receptionist starting throwing around words like it's Illegal to give a bridge - which it is not. I am a family practice provider and we bridge medications when the benefit of bridging out weighs risks to the patient. I was only asking for flea medicine. There was ZERO kindness, patience or understanding from the receptionist how hard it is to get an appointment with them. She sounded miserable on the phone. I made an appointment with VCA in West Hollywood and were so kind and helpful. I am sorry to leave, but you can never get an appointment and I do not have time for rudeness.

I have been taking my Chihuahua Daisy to Beverly Robertson Veterinary for over 3 years. Not only are they great with Daisy, but they show a genuine passion to making sure your pet s healthy. The place is always clean and I have never had to wait long for Daisy to be taken in. If you are looking for a place to take your pet, I highly recommend Beverly Robertson Veterinary. And if you want to get your pet groomed. There is a place right next door.

I drive 50 miles back and forth to take my fur babies here for the past 10 years! Dr Nassi is a mountain of knowledge and unlike others, will only apply what's needed and nothing more! The staff are super caring and friendly with both you and your babies. In most cases they have all the medications on the spot too which is very convenient. There is always plenty of parking so you can either wait in your car, or in their reception area.

Dr. Nassi and his staff are absolutely amazing. Our dog Marty was recently diagnosed with cancer and the whole team has been nothing but wonderful. Dr. Nassi has gone the extra mile to help us through this time.

I’ve finally gotten around to leave a review for the absolute best vet clinic in town. Dr. Nassi and his team are professional, caring, knowledgeable, and a true blessing for us and our two precious cats. We’re obsessed with our cats and we wouldn’t trust anyone but Dr. Nassi and his team to treat them. Thank you for over three years of care and professionalism. We’re lucky to have you ❤️🙏

We love Dr. Nassi and all staff at BRVC!! Dr. Nassi is kind, patient, and conscious of your wallet. He explains things concisely and he clearly knows what he’s talking about. All staff members I’ve interacted with at the front desk and otherwise are helpful, kind and competent! Thank you, BRVC!

The staff and vets here are amazing. They also now use an app so you can download docs and see vaccines. It’s been easy to get feedback over email when we’re unsure whether to come in

Our dog was suffering from a mystery ailment, but Dr. Nassi did an incredible job of getting her quick treatments and tests. Eventually we found out she suffers from a rare condition, so he helped us create a treatment plan that doesn't break the bank

I called and called. New patient.. Finally someone answered and told me to sign up online. Nobody called me back. I think this is time to change receptionist . So sad I called again. Receptionist was very rude.

Dr. Nassi is an incredible vet, and it shows in the extra mile he goes to care for his pet patients. Dr. Nassi eventually helped us during a rough time where we were moving and our cat had been diagnosed with lung cancer. He worked patiently to help ensure that I understand the options in front of me, and helped communicate with a vet in Northern CA with my family that we took her too while we were moving, and again when we finished relocating to CO. I will never forget how dedicated a vet Dr. Nassi was and how great his staff was for us during that challenging time, and in the years prior as our cat's main vet.

Amazing vets. Go above and beyond for my clients. I use Beverly Robertson vets for international health certificates. I know that when I book a client in with Beverly Robertson vets they are taken great care of. The vets are very efficient and keep me informed of every step of the process.

Dr. Nassir has been my dogs’ vet for almost 5 years. After going from one vet to another and countless tests with no diagnosis for my puppy I was finally referred to Dr. Nassi. He was able to diagnose my dogs issue after the first set of tests (multiple other vets were not able to) and instead of recommending a very costly surgery Dr. Nassi was able to effectively manage my puppy’s condition with a diet change.

We've been taking our cats to Beverly Robertson since 2017. The whole staff is knowledgable and friendly. Our cats are usually seen by Dr. Gleason. She always explains things patiently to me, and gives good recommendations for how to keep my cats healthy. Our annual visits are quick and we rarely have to wait past our appointment time, and our cats are always treated with gentle care. Even with difficult or expensive procedures like dental care and tooth extractions, I have always felt very informed and kept in the loop by the staff. The one thing I wish is that they had separate entrances for cat and dog visits. The main lobby is often full of dogs which doesn't help my cats anxiety. However it's a small practice so I understand the limited space.

They provide health certificate for international travel. This is the primary reason I decided to choose them as my dog's vet. It turns out to be a super great decision. I can feel their love for every dog there. Their front desk is always reachable. People answer my phone call and reply my email enquiry with very detailed answers and rates. Everything is transparent.

Had a great first visit here. We were worried about a limp with our little guy and we were able to make an appointment for the next day. Our boy gets pretty nervous in new spaces, and everyone loved on him and gave him plenty of treats. Dr. T was great. He took his time examining our boy and sat with us as we asked various questions. We are excited to find some a sweet and thoughtful vet for our dog. They even sent a follow up email to check on him the next day. We plan to return!

My cat is a patient with the clinic, and prior to yesterday we've had perfectly fine experiences. My cat is sick, I called to see if they had any same day appointments (as this is something they have had in the past for sick animals) and they told me no that the next appointment would be in a week and to go to urgent care. I called back later just to see if there were any cancellations and if I could make an appointment for next week as I want my cat to see our regular vet to make sure nothing was missed at Urgent Care and in case the issue was not resolved by then. I was told no. Both calls were unpleasant and rude. Really unsure why I was not allowed to even make a future appointment for my sick cat. I am going to be looking for another vet since I can't even make an appointment for my cat to be seen and I don't know if I feel comfortable taking him somewhere that does not appear to place value on my pet's health. You shouldn't be seen as an imposition or an inconvenience for trying to make sure you pet is healthy and well.
