Right on the highway, Amutha was like an oasis for a lunch break. We had meals and it was hot and tasty. There is ample space for parking cars. They have a few kiosks selling snacks, honey, soft drinks etc.

Amutha Surabhi is a classic vegetarian restaurant located in Pollachi with a range of meals and vegetarian food. Service is impeccable and portions of the Thali is generous. Definitely worth a visit when in Pollachi.

This is a very good big area. They have ample space for parking. We initially went for al carte but we saw a board got buffet and we went in for that. Buffet was priced only Rs 188 nett and its free for kids below 5 years. I have attached the menu of the buffet in the image. From soups to desserts they have all items. Taste was just above average. Desserts were too good.

This beautiful restaurant is located on the Pollachi-Palani highway (Around 8km from the centre of Pollachi towards Palani ). We took a drive from Coimbatore on the newly opened 4 lane highway which took hardly 1.5 hrs to cover a distance of 90kms to Pollachi. The hotel has ample car parking space. We opted for the buffet menu which is served in a separate hall. The cost per head is around Rs.400 pure vegetarian. Special varieties are served during festive or holiday seasons. Organic products are sold encouraging self-help groups and women led organisations to demonstrate hand made goods. Overall a great experience!

Amazing South India Veg Breakfast. We were so hungry while traveling to Kodaikanal. This is the first Veg restaurant which was opened at around 8 AM. The food and ambiance is very good. Very nice service. We had pongal, Rava dosa, Tea and Black Tea. The rates are reasonable. They have ample amount of space for parking. They have rooms available for staying. The Pollachi-Valparai-Munnar Diaries - Chapter 1 My first Vegetarian fine dining restaurant. This was a totally unplanned grandfather in law's birthday celebration at wife's place. The initial plan was to have food from the main restaurant but all the 6 seater tables were occupied. We got a brochure for India on a Plate themed fine dining in a seperate hall. And we decided to go over there as we wanted to have food together. And it's just us at a table in the center in the hall. And the orders and foods started coming in. Bonda soup and Tomato soup were kind of okay but I am not the best person to judge veg soups 😬 Starters Hyderabadi kabab and Veg Malai Kabab( Paneer) were both superb especially with the mint chutney. Then came in Bissi Belle Bath which I had historically never liked. But this one was good ☺️ And the Andhra Ragi Roti which is something I am keen to continue eating from now on 😬 Pessarattu, Neer Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa- all maintained good standard and taste. Stuffed Kulcha- Chettinadu Gravy was an ideal combo but not as good as the Peas Pulao- Paneer Ghee Roast one. Ghee taste was absolutely lip-smacking. But it was a bit dry to be had with Peas Pulao. But still ❤️ Going as a group helped in tasting a lot of dishes. It was an experience to savour Then we had some of their sweets. No words . Just have it 😃

Palani Rope car station is as usual Govt. Instutions. They open whenever they feel.Close as they wish. Nobody to answer why it is closed. People in the que stand there without any info. Simply creating crowd in order to help the brokers.

As you drive past Pollachi towards Udumalpet you can plan a stopover here instead of choosing to halt at a crowded town. The place has ample space and parking well groomed and landscaped garden area with earmarked space for small children to enjoy. This is the second time I halted here. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The Wheat upma was delicious but the Raava dosa wasn't crisp and was very average, the coconut chutney and filter coffee were superb.

The hotel is situated on the National Highway. Spacious parking area for buses and cabs is available. Could be able to accommodate 80 pax in the dinning hall. Unlimited lunch costs 126 per leaf. Additionally, there is a buffet A/C hall adjacent to the dinning hall, which could accommodate another 30 to 40 people at a time. The price of a plate is Rs.188/- and really worth it. As for as the taste is concerned, all the dishes were upto the mark. There is also a traditional sweet and Savory stall in front of the hotel. Pleasant ambience and their hospitality was just remarkable. Conclusion: Highly recommended

When we are travelling from Pollachi to Palani via udumalaipettai left side this restaurant is located. Just walk into a restaurant with a good ambience. If you are trying to have dinner you need to wait for seats 🤠. Coming to the price for three people 600 /- rupees will be charged for us. Taste wise 😋 fantastic one and good meal with proper serving. Went for a dinner on Saturday night. As usual it was very busy but luckily we got a table. Beautiful ambience & seating. Excellent parking facilities as well. But coming to food the problem arises. We ordered Poori, Chilly Parotta, Rava Dosa & Coffee. Poori was not boiled properly & rava dosa too. Masal was okay. Even their sambar tasted bitter like a older one. To serve fast they aren't taking care of the food. Chilly Parotta was the only saviour & coffee was good as usual. Rates are actually high when compared to other veg hotels in Pollachi. That's not a problem but they should definitely concentrate in proper food cooking. I was a huge fan of Amutha Surabhi outlets but this one really disappointed me. May be you can visit once for their ambience. No bad done to stomach.

Probably one of the finest vegetarian hotel ever. The food taste and ambience are great. They got an ample space for parking and a play area for Kids. They also have separate Dining for buffet which is mostly vacant. The Other Dining spot is mostly crowded. We had Meals, Bun Parotta, Honey Glazed paneer, Mushroom pepper fry, Sambar rice and Chapathi. Everything tasted GREAT. Happened to see this place while travelling to Palakad. Since the experience was great, we again visited when travelled back from Palakkad.
