Best choice i have made at gym,a very friendly team who make me actually want to go to train and a very thanks to spartan fitness for a goodwill gesture and for creating a fun workout environment.

Older equipment, poorly trained trainers, no procedures followed, no adequate changing room, clients who are close to the gym are unaware of the restrooms, and public restrooms that are used by everyone outside and are not clean. If more people join and need health insurance, I advise those currently present not to do so because they may not be aware of the gym's cleanliness. Due to cleanliness, several of my friends that join are not in good health. Photos which is uploaded is not as same as now.

A fitness centre which can transform you in a positive way, lost almost 8 kgs in 3 months. Really professional trainers and training’s carried out.

With all my heart , i would say this is the best gym which goes above and beyond in providing their service to the clients. The trainers are welcoming in nature and the gym has positive vibrant inside . I had been to 3 best gyms in Tiruppur over the last 2 years . I would definitely say this is the best i had been . It's been a month i hitted this gym..When i came here i was lil bit fat and struggling to reduce weight.. But within a month i reduced 3kgs.. Work outs here and the weight loss program seems lit.. Trainer is very friendly and encouraging.. Spacious and they having many equipments.. Looking forward to get trained more..
