This was fun! We did the easy room (still loss, lol) and ax throwing. It would be nice if the ability to buy food or snacks on premises, but they allow you to bring your own food and drinks in if you'd like.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible adventure at Escape Room Cleveland, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by Stewart, the manager. From the moment we arrived, Stewart's enthusiasm and professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Stewart's patience stood out immediately. He took the time to answer all of our questions, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well-informed before diving into the activities. His knowledge about the escape room challenges and the various elements involved added an extra layer of excitement to the overall experience. He also took the time to demonstrate the proper techniques for throwing axes and ninja stars. His attention to detail and commitment to safety were truly commendable. Stewart's passion for creating a memorable and enjoyable experience was evident throughout our time at Escape Room Cleveland. His friendly demeanor and dedication to ensuring we had a fantastic time truly enhanced the overall enjoyment of our visit. We lost but... Man this place was fun! We (4 adults) did, okay, tried the "Stranger 80's" room, a fairly hard level room. We needed some clues and some help. Zach, the super friendly attendant, had to step in and bail us out on a clue but that didn't help us enough. Oh well, there's always next time. The axe throwing looks interesting, might have to stop back and try that sometime. Overall, a Great experience.

This was our first time visiting Escape Room Mentor and it was such an incredible experience. Jessica was amazing in accommodating us and making sure we have the time of our lives making for an unforgettable date night! This whole franchise is great We've been to a couple locations and we're never disappointed with the puzzles and game design. You can see how much thought and energy go into each room setup. We will certainly be back! This time we worked with Zach who warned us we chose a difficult puzzle and it did not disappoint! Zach was helpful and friendly. Zach did have to help us with a few hints and made sure we were on track in other ways. We didn't solve it, but we were also warned and have talked about how we could do better next time all week. Well worth it!

Jessica our puzzle master & axe instructor was great. She was attentive and high energy… thank you for a wonderful experience for my Mom’s 74 …oops 47 bday!
