The staff are very friendly, and attentive to my concerns about the health of my eyes. I feel so comfortable when I am with every staff member. Dr. Fernandez is awesome!

Dr. Fernandez always takes the time to greet, see how I am doing, and make sure that I am comfortable before the examination begins. She is very thorough in the exam. During each step of the examination, she is very communicative and ensuring my understanding of what she is doing along with her findings. Throughout the examination, she continually ensures that I am comfortable. She is continually very pleasant and smiling and encouraging throughout the eye exam process. I would, and have recommended Dr. Fernandez too many people that are looking for an eye doctor and those that are not happy with their current ones. In my opinion, she is excellent!

I had a concern five weeks post cataract surgery and I walked into the office with no appointment. The staff were very gracious and I was seen promptly. Dr. Prusinski was thorough and professional in her examination and put me at ease despite my interruption of her busy Friday. She’s top notch!

I came to the northeast Ohio eye surgeons in search of new prescription glasses and contacts. I was connected with Dr. Bernard who not only took the time to explain how I was gonna get new contacts and glasses, but also did a thorough eyes examination, and explained all findings to me. I was sent to their conveniently placed next-door boutique for new frames with Sherry, and Shawnda trained me on how to put on/off contacts. I thought the care was very thorough, and very practical. Would highly recommend for anybody looking to establish with an optometrist.
