I had purchased tires and rims on-line and they came out of the box improperly balanced. Ben and his techs were willing to take me in same-day AND at 20min till close. They got me all fixed up quickly and provided documentation for a reimbursement from the on-line company. Super personable and knowledgeable! Keep it up! I'll defiantly be back for anything else I need.

Amazing service, in and out in a half hour. Had a nail in my tire on my way to work. Went to Conrad’s down the street first and was told it would be at least 6 PM before it was done.. Went to Mr Tire next and was in and out. More friendly and cheaper than Conrad’s. I will be back!

I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Tire. They ordered the tires I wanted for my truck, but unfortunately they were sent the wrong tires. They fixed the problem though and everything worked out perfectly. They are very fast and thorough. The staff at this Mr. Tire really know what they are doing and really care about the customer. Their customer service is truly amazing. Ben is such a nice and professional person and his staff is top notch. I highly recommend this Mr. Tire to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

Set up appointment for tire rotation and oil change. Specifically ask technician not to add air to the tires because the had nitrogen in them repeated not to add air. They changed the oil rip off price. Did not rotate the tires and added air to the tires completely incompetent. Person working the register was totally disinterested. Will never go back. I miss the north olmsted store and management.

Wouldn't even give me the option for a 0 star review! This place is a scam! Ladies watch out! Seems to be a bait and snatched type of establishment! The work that i paid $3000 wasn't even done correctly! Just went and got a second opinion on my vehicle because My car is having a flare up of these same issues. At the 2nd mechanic I was told that what they charged me for was not even done. Now I have to pay to have my vehicle fixed properly when it should have been done 3 months ago when I had my vehicle at Mr. Tire! The moment I left Mr. Tire North Ridgeville I knew something was wrong with my car when I called and spoke to the manager he basically blew me off and told me that the mechanic wasted his entire paycheck on my car that day and that he could have gotten several other cars done. I have now spoken to 2 managers Ben and Maxwell who both lied and blew me off. I have contacted corporate 3 emails 3 voicemails and still no response since September! This place is a joke! Price gouge and from what I hear mechanics are not even trained properly! So glad I spent my money there too basically be laughed at!

I had a great experience at Mr. Tire in North Ridgeville! I had 2 bad tires and not a lot of money and they gave me an amazing deal on 2 brand new tires and on top of that my lug nuts were stripped and they provided me with some new ones on the house. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for great service and very knowledgeable employees.

I first called Van's automotive & was put on hold until it asked for a callback # so I called back & was promptly placed back on hold. So I hung up & called Mr. Tire & BOY I'm glad I did. I needed a tire patched & called from work & they told me to come up when I got out & they would fit me in. In & out , GREAT service. Took over an hour to patch a tire. Two “techs” working on it. At first they almost fixed the wrong tire. The did a internal patch plug. Well couple hundred miles into my trip to Tennessee the patch failed. 100% improper installation of the patch. Ended up having to get the tire replaced due to how bad they installed the patch plug. 0/5 stars if I took that long to patch a tire when I was a tire tech I’d been fired.

Outstanding customer service and a timely turnaround for my oil change and changing of brake pads. The manager was friendly and communicates well with his customers. The price was also more than reasonable. I’ll be back!

We were traveling from Virginia and suddenly had an issue with our brakes. Came in and Ben took great care of us. Caleb diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road in flash. My experience here has been the absolute Best!!!

I needed an oil change in a pinch. Stopped in as walk in welcomed, they were booked, but was able to make an appointment the next day. I arrived an made it clear that I was on an 1 hr lunch break..my wait time was 1 hr - 1:15 min. I mentioned I can pass on the wheel rotation and vehicle inspection. My car was done in 45 minutes. I presented the coupon from online for a $30 oil change, with my car needing an extra quart of oil my tally came to $56. It's synthetic oil, I guess that's a good price now a days. I would return. The staff was friendly.

I took my 2023 Silverado up to Mr. Tire and had them cut off my muffler and weld on a new one. I was charged 84.92. Soon after I got my truck back I noticed that when I push the gas pedal hard it sounded like the muffler welds had holes in it. So I took it back up there to have them look at it and the store manager said he was going to charge me more to have the problem fixed because the money I paid was only for that weld job. So an unfinished job! The tech that welded the job straight up told me that the welder was messed up that day. But he still did the job. Today when I went up to drop my truck off the tech told me that the welder was fixed and running right. So the store manager will not fix my unfinished weld job that was done by their technician unless I pay a welding fee of $145.00. Also when I was paying for the original job the store manager was trying to charge me more than what was discussed, then was pushing me hard to give his technician a big tip for doing a good job. Very unethical. The corporate office will be notified of this transaction. Watch out people they will rip you off

Ordered tires and they were able to get them in a couple days and put them on while I waited was a positive experience. Everyone was courteous

Made an online appointment for 9am. Was called at 11 and told the truck with my tires wouldn't be there until 3. I fully expected this due to making my online appointment at 10pm. The only improvement needed is the parking . There is ZERO parking at the North Ridgeville location and I would have appreciated the check being done on my vehicle.

Very busy place but Ben the Mgr. Did a fantastic job fitting us in. Even after a few problems he took care of them. Great service and Fair.

Scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, they called me to confirm the appointment and went over everything that was needed to be done. Told them i would drop off the night before so they could have it 1st thing in the morning. Got a call early next morning saying they couldn't do my car because of "spill overs" from the other days plus people bought tires on Black Friday that they needed to do. I made the appointment way BEFORE black friday and they knew friday night that there was spill overs, so why not call me that night? So because I didnt buy the tires from this location, they decided that someone who did was more important. Never Again! I always have an issue with this location but I won't anymore.

What a helpful and friendly bunch. I got stuck on my way to NYC because one of tires developed crack. Everybody was closing and I couldn't find a tire of the size. I finally called Ben at Mr. Tire and he ordered two tires for me and scheduled me in for the next day. Next morning I found another store that could replace my tire right away (I was pressed for time after being stranded for a day), so I apologized to Ben and left. He was incredibly gracious and they filled air on my tire so that I could make it safely to the other store. You can't find more helpful people than this. Two thumbs way up.

This review is for Mr. Tire in North Ridgeville, Ohio. The owner/manager is extremely pleasant and communicative as well as the rest of the staff I worked with. My 2014 Cadillac was having suspension problems. They inspected it for free. He told me that because of the complicated electronic controlled suspension that it would be about $4,000. I thought wow this is a lot I should probably get a second opinion as we all know horror stories about people getting ripped off from auto services centers. I took the car to the local Cadillac Dealership. #1 - I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. #2 - They charged me like $180 to inspect it. and #3 Their quote was nearly $11,000 to do the work and then they tried to tell me the car needed another $7,000 of work. Well the car is barely worth more than $18,000. This just reassured me that this location really was honest. This location even tried to save me on parts if they didn't need to be replaced (they explained that because they have to take apart the suspension they could not tell if there are cracks etc. in it until the time of work) Cadillac did not even mention trying to do the same. They showed me the parts couldn't be saved because they were cracked. Very thorough and informative. Its sad in this economy that there are so many places that want to rip you off but this is not one of them. Paul from Avon

They inspected my truck’s tire for any possible puncture. They fixed it and changed my stem valve that was leaking. They pretty good and honest. Saved me couple hundreds on a brand new tire.

First time customer and I talked with Max over the phone about my car needing a speed sensor for my tire. I brought the tire in and Ben told me they would inspect the sensor to see if it was bad. Come to find out, there was a piece of plastic jammed in my valve stem causing me to lose air. They removed the plastic, filled my tire with air, and gave me a new valve cap, no charge! Awesome first time experience with them and they are a honest, legit business. Thanks again!

Stopped in for a tps valve stem replacement and was going to need some tires in the future. Benny and crew worked me a great deal on tires so I decided to go ahead and get them now. Fast great job. Highly recommend these guys for your service and tire needs.

I wanted NEW Yokohama Tornante tires that were on sale this month but had to settle for a lesser brand as these tires were no longer available. But mechanic & staff were very helpful to get my car road-ready as I was in a hurry to get home & sleep before working that night.

Mr Tamesis and his team were very helpful, friendly and professional. They allowed me to ask questions, look over my car while on the lift, and gave a free courteous inspection with a fair evaluation and price for fixing. Would recommend.
