I've heard for years on ESPN Cleveland how great Bookman and Son is and thought "ok, sure...." All I can say is WOW, I drove the almost hour and half trip to Brecksville after checking local places looking for something special for my wife. This was to be a 25yr Anniversary present and didnt like anything that the other places wanted to shove my way. Upon arrival I walked in on a Sunday morning and was greeted and helped personally by Josh(I figured he was some dude collecting money in the background). I recently worked with Josh to reset my engagement ring while using the existing center stone. When I initially came in, I really didn’t know what I wanted. Josh and his staff were very helpful, and most importantly patient with me! Over the course of multiple visits and getting in samples, I finally decided on a setting and couldn’t be happier! Ironically I went with a setting that Josh originally picked for me, always trust the expert! He was able to listen and understand what my style taste was before I even knew what I wanted. They are absolutely wonderful to work with. Quick communication, trustworthy, and never felt pressured. Would recommend them hands down! When buying the ring, Josh gave me some helpful pointers that helped me pick out the perfect diamond. He actually talked me into a less expensive one, but one with the perfect presentation. Working with Bookman & Son was an incredible experience. I first heard about them listening to ESPN Cleveland. Now living out San Francisco I wanted to have a piece of home be a part of my marriage. Josh and I emailed back and forth about what my girlfriend wanted in a ring. We then set up a call for the 3 of us to discuss even further what we were looking for, talk about budget, and other details of the ring. We had a trip to Cleveland planned and made an appointment to see Josh in person. When we showed up, he had the multiple ring styles and stone shapes we discussed. My girlfriend was able to try on each style and Josh placed the stone on the ring so we could see how they looked on her finger. He even encouraged us to step outside so we could see how the stones shined in the natural light. We were so blown away with how easy the meeting went. We were able to buy the ring, get the ring engraved, and shipped out to us all within a month. It was truly incredible how knowledgeable Josh was while also being very supportive and helpful walking us through this whole process.
