Everyone was great! Made me feel comfortable asking questions! Ashley is awesome, every encounter with her was so friendly. Dr. Strozier was friendly as well and informative. No one made me feel rushed. They really took care of my son. Brittany was awesome too going over post-op care. So far, recovery is going great and we left about 2 hrs ago. I'm informed on what to look for and I feel confident because the staff here was so great! Thank you all for fixing my sweet babies teeth ❤️❤️

I was SUPER nervous due to being my first baby ever going through sedation. But this facility helped me be more comfortable, they made sure I was with my baby girl during her sedation and I was able to rock her to sleep. The procedure was super quick! I highly recommend!

BEWARE: Honestly I wanted to like this place so much because there were a few staff members who were absolutely sweet, the lady at the front desk when we went was amazing. However that’s about where the good ends. My daughter was supposed to have 1-2 teeth removed and a few fillings and caps. The surgeon came out quickly and didn’t even really go over a plan just said she would let us know when she got x-rays. That was the last I heard from her. She never came out and went over the plan, we were never explained fully the plan or anything. The only person who spoke to us was the lady at the front desk who came out and told us her 1-2 teeth suddenly jumped to 6 removals and 4 root canals. We weren’t told or shown which teeth would be removed or anything. We were just told to sign a treatment plan and it just had numbers and such. Nothing actually explained to us as parents who have zero knowledge of dental medical in detail the plan. Which I felt the surgeon should have came out and went over with us. It was absolutely traumatic when my baby was brought to me with all of her front teeth completely GONE and a swollen spot on her lip and a red mark on her face (which looked like a burn that then blistered by the end of the day). She woke up screaming and jerking and crying. It was absolutely horrific. I asked how bad she was hurting and the lady said she shouldn’t be hurting for an hour and laughed. I cried. Then I asked about pain control for the VERY extensive work I was told to buy ibuprofen and Tylenol. My baby was up all night screaming and crying in pain. I trusted this place and I shouldn’t have. They never called to check on her as stated they would on the website, which we hoped they would as we tried to call the office to speak about the pain, the doctors note they forgot to give us and a large sore that was on her mouth. We didn’t hear back from them until 4 days later. When I brought up the wound on her mouth which had gotten steadily worse I was told “it didn’t happen here, it had to of happened after she left” I had to inform them I had taken pictures and kept documentation of it from the moment she woke up with it. I called my doctors office and sent pictures and immediately they called her in a cream for it. I then sent pictures of it and only then did they say “oh we must of pinched her mouth with the mouth clamp.” The immediate response of “it wasn’t us” told me all I needed to know. This was a common issue from rushing which they rushed EVERYTHING. I am now trying to ensure it won’t scar and all I got from them was “well we can see her again if you’re worried about it”. Absolutely not. Then the doctor’s note they sent didn’t even have the right date on it. The school tried to call to verify and the attendance specialist called and told me she couldn’t get them to confirm anything and that whoever answered was incredibly rude to her. Please find a better place for your baby. This place is NOT safe. I feel like I failed my baby by trusting this place. I will never bring my children back and I plan to speak to her normal dentist that referred us there about this experience.

I will start by saying there was not an issue with the work done on my son's teeth. The procedure went well and his recovery was great. The reason I am giving this office 1 star is because of the billing error they made and customer service I received thereafter. After receiving my Explanation of Benefits from my health insurance company, I noticed that my insurance company paid they approximately $493 for services rendered. I paid approximately $987. They received approximately $1,480 for services rendered. The issue is that the total charges on the bill we were provided totaled $1,333. Upon reviewing the EOB further, I noticed that the billing department charged me 50% of the charges (not including sedation) when my insurance covered 90%. I requested a call back immediately via email. They called the next day and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. After going back and forth for about 30 minutes, they had the manager call me back and she confirmed that they made a mistake and I would be reimbursed the difference. Fast forward one week, I have not received a reimbursement or an invoice showing the adjusted charges. Their reason for this is because they have not received payment from the insurance company. They made an error and they should be responsible for correcting it. Be careful with this office as they could subject you to situations that may put your situation at risk, costing you more in the long run.

Bedside manner we experienced with 2 kids on the same day no less was immaculate. I am a self proclaimed helicopter parent and they put both my mind and my children’s mind at ease from the moment we walked through the doors. Everything was explained thoroughly. 10/10
