It's
truly
unfortunate
when
previously
reputable
establishments
start
to
decline
in
service.
I
place
an
online
order
of
about
$60
worth
of
food
(which
is
why
I
placed
it
online
so
that
there
would
be
no
confusion
about
the
order).
When
I
pulled
up
to
menu
to
let
them
know
I
was
picking
up
and
online
order,
I
had
to
repeat
my
name
(very
clearly)
3
different
times.
Then
once
I
got
to
the
window
to
speak
with
a
person,
she
acted
like
she
couldn't
understand
anything
I
said,
and
all
I
did
was
repeat
that
I
was
picking
up
an
online
order
with
my
name.
After
I
was
given
my
order,
I
knew
I
immediately
needed
to
check
my
bag.
That's
when
I
realized
I
was
missing
all
of
the
sauces
I
requested,
a
chicken
sandwich,
and
a
24
piece
chicken
nugget.
Those
missing
items
themselves
add
up
to
nearly
$20.
I
had
went
into
the
store
previously
before
leaving
the
restaurant
after
noticing
the
second
chicken
sandwich
and
sauces
were
all
missing.
At
this
point
I
hadn't
realized
the
nuggets
were
also
missing.
They
never
informed
me
at
the
window
that
they
didn't
have
a
classic
chicken
sandwich
available
or
that
they
were
out
of
the
sauces
I
wanted.
After
getting
my
missing
sandwich
but
not
any
replacement
sauces,
I
left
the
store
and
headed
home.
By
the
time
I
get
home
and
take
everything
out,
I
realize
I'm
missing
24
nuggets.
I
called
back
up
to
the
store,
and
the
woman
I
spoke
with
on
the
phone
was
extremely
understanding
and
polite,
which
I
appreciated
when
though
I
was
not
angry
but
more
irritated
that
an
online
order
wasn't
correct.
This
location
has
previously
been
spectacular,
but
it
has
begun
to
lose
its
reputation.
Very
disappointing!
