    The only reason it was two star overall is because of the brand 'Popeyes' Their line was ridiculously long, and I noticed that their were workers walking in, so I assume the crew their were just being difficult cause it was end of their shift. The chicken wasn't available, had to mix and match what was available. The rice was dry, I actually went back to replace the red beans and rice it and got either dried out serving. I used to work for Popeyes long ago and they pride on quality of service and food. The red beans and rice was over due to be thrown out. But the manager on duty proceeded to just say, 'all of them look like that', welp that means you need to throw it out. Just said to have this name and be on memorial, because no establishment workers on memorial ever act like they want to be at work.

    Unbelievably, with Popeye's poor reputation with me, they didn't fail to give great service yesterday ! For the first time in years I got hot food and fast service. My complaints haven't been on this location, but several others. Thank you for a good experience.

    So I ordered a large red beans and rice from this location. Normally the food is good however, on this day the red bean and rice must have been expired because about 30 minutes later I began to feel nauseas. I had to pull over at a gas station and I threw up ALL the red beans and rice. I probably won't eat here again.

    Before walking in I notice everyone crowding around the table looks like they were celebrating and drinking wine I could be wrong I brush it off and still go on in because I just was there a few days ago and food was fresh even though they left a piece of chicken out my box and when I called the cook answered and hung up on me . Waiting in line the lady had annoyed look on her face didn’t even speak when it was my turn(just rude) I still ordered anyway. I left this review just to say the cooks are good at least from what I see when taking my food home to eat but the crew is a hit or miss because tonight the service was a negative zero.

    Servers seemed unprepared when we pulled up to order. Waited a minimum of 20 minutes for a 12 pc family meal, that we were told originally was not available. When they gave us the food, I had only 5 biscuits instead of 6. And they gave me a broken messed up biscuit when I told them about it.

    I got the wrong order ,I don't eat dark meat, but I couldn't be upset because when I called back Mrs tee was so pleasant she apologized and she listened. She was so professional unlike most. Mrs tee I thank u for your service

    its on a wedday,it was lot's employees.thwy all was rude,no hair nets.no glove's on there hands.the manager on duty,was ghetto, disrespectful.we order 10 pieces chicken, mashed potatoes macaroni cheese.they gave us , whatever was left.we we're in there over 35 minutes.ill never eat there again.i 💕 that store employees,suck .!

    I would give this ZERO stars, but that’s not an option. I did an online order, and arrived at the restaurant only to wait 20 minutes! The staff is in NO hurry to get orders out to the many people waiting. Will never come here again!

    Waited 45 minutes for online order. Went thru drive thru,, they asked me to pull over when I came to window.. Waited 25 mins inside and left with no food cuz I had to go 45 - 50 minutes is too long to wait for a small order.

    Had superb service from the employees....the tea, chicken and strawberry biscuits were great, but the mashed potatoes n gravy were soupy and they barely covered the bottom of the container. Cajun rice has always been my favorite side dish to order as far back as i can remember eating out ( I was like 5 yrs old,, now 43). I can honestly say that I have had Cajun rice since they have started serving it again and this wide of Cajun rice I had today was the worst I've ever had and it was cold af....

    That Popeye's Chicken restaurant is newly renovated, but the chicken's flavor was not that good. I asked for spicy and it wasn't like Popeye's use to be. There was an after taste also that shouldn't be there.

    It's truly unfortunate when previously reputable establishments start to decline in service. I place an online order of about $60 worth of food (which is why I placed it online so that there would be no confusion about the order). When I pulled up to menu to let them know I was picking up and online order, I had to repeat my name (very clearly) 3 different times. Then once I got to the window to speak with a person, she acted like she couldn't understand anything I said, and all I did was repeat that I was picking up an online order with my name. After I was given my order, I knew I immediately needed to check my bag. That's when I realized I was missing all of the sauces I requested, a chicken sandwich, and a 24 piece chicken nugget. Those missing items themselves add up to nearly $20. I had went into the store previously before leaving the restaurant after noticing the second chicken sandwich and sauces were all missing. At this point I hadn't realized the nuggets were also missing. They never informed me at the window that they didn't have a classic chicken sandwich available or that they were out of the sauces I wanted. After getting my missing sandwich but not any replacement sauces, I left the store and headed home. By the time I get home and take everything out, I realize I'm missing 24 nuggets. I called back up to the store, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely understanding and polite, which I appreciated when though I was not angry but more irritated that an online order wasn't correct. This location has previously been spectacular, but it has begun to lose its reputation. Very disappointing!

    Ordered via Uber Eats for pickup. Was there within minutes. Coldest most non-crispy chicken sandwich I’ve had in my life. Some days I really think ppl can’t be bothered to do the minimum. That sandwich had obviously been made WAY before I placed my pickup order. Not sure what’s going on w this location. Broken coke machine in the parking lot. Dusty inside of the restaurant looks like construction going on. I’m not even sure it’s safe to be eating from there. This is not the Popeyes I’m used to. Smh

    I wonder why service here (in the drive-thru) is so slow? 33 minutes from first pulling in to getting to the window is terrible. I once heard a manager at another, different named restaurant state that drive-thru takes priority over walk-in customers. I’m certain that’s not the motto at this Popeyes location. 😒

    Fire the whole staff, it’s so funny though because they know they can’t leave until 11pm hahaha, yet they try to waste time at 10pm and make people sit in line . I went to another location after sitting for 10min and got my food in 1min. Sad makes our people look so bad . Got my food and was back home by 10:30, yet they still will be making chicken past 11 . Sad man I tell you , insanity at its finest. Tell them to find new jobs that pay them more hahah

    Ok so I got a shrimp combo and side order of 3pcs tenders. The reason the score so low because the chicken tenders were still frozen like ewww! look at this… who is this for??? Step ya cookies up for they crumble forreal! Bottom of the barrel !!! frozen tenders is CRAZY!
