Laura is incredible! We have spent the last few months working together on my wedding band. She designed a custom wedding band for me inspired by my grandmothers ring. My band is absolutely perfect! My ring repair/customization experience at Worthmore’s Decatur location was fantastic! My wedding and engagement band had an unusual setting, with an open nesting design that were made specifically to be soldered together after the wedding. Dan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in discussing the specifics on how the changes would be made before I left the rings in their care. They came out beautifully! The solder is seamless and sturdy. I am looking forward to a lifetime of wearing this lovely ring set, which wouldn’t be possible without the help of Worthmore. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Dani and Priscilla, who were amazing!!! As a queer couple, we had some issues finding jewelers to work with in the past, but Dani and Priscilla (and the entire staff at Worthmore Jewelers) were so welcoming and excited to help us find/produce rings that worked for us aesthetically and were within our price range. They guided us step by step: finding stones and ring designs. My fiancé got a beautiful white gold, green sapphire and aquamarine art deco ring, with a custom, fitted wedding band. I got a custom gold fitted wedding band to go with my engagement ring. The results were incredible. I could not more highly recommend Dani, Priscilla, and Worthmore Jewelers as a whole, for their excellent and professional service, warm kindness, and enthusiastic care!

I can’t believe how perfect my rings are!! I had my wedding band sized down and my engagement ring sized up and wow did they do a perfect job!! We had to literally cut my engagement ring off my finger years ago which caused damage to the setting and a huge gap in the band. The repair and resizing makes it look better than new! I’m so happy i get to wear them again! Christina was so wonderful and kind and knowledgeable on the phone and at our first meeting- I knew we would be in great hands from start to finish and we were!!! I cannot say enough good things about Laura Foster, Olya, and the other amazing people at the Decatur Worthmore! I have bought so many amazing pieces from them. Everything is one-of-a-kind. The customer service is phenomenal. They want you to have quality jewelry that fits your style, personality, and budget. Laura and I have designed a couple of custom pieces together most recently this ring, which I am obsessed with! She helped me find this diamond. It is not lab grown, although they have those, just not my thing. It was in my engagement ring, sadly, when my relationship ended, we remade this custom piece to mark the next phase of my life. Worthmore has been there for me for every occasion and just because I want to treat myself.

My wife and I purchased our engagement and wedding rings from here and we cannot say enough good things about the staff here (specifically Laura). We were referred by a mutual friend and made what could have been a stressful process a breeze. She talked me through the whole process and took care of things I didn't even know to ask for. She was extremely transparent around the prices of different metals and lab grown vs natural stones which I appreciated. We live out of state now but still refer to Laura whenever we have a question about our jewelry. We will definitely be back here in the future!

Finally got around to writing this review now that the wedding is all done. It all started with my wife finding a ring she really loved at the Decatur store for an engagement ring. (Men, take your ladies ring shopping so she gets what she loves when you pop the question). I had her ring made with a diamond from her grandmother's engagement ring, which made it more personal for her. I popped the question and she said yes! From there we went on to pick out and design our wedding rings. My wife's engagement ring had a companion wedding ring that she loved so that was the easy part. I've always wanted a ring just the like the one ring from Lord of the Rings for my wedding ring and every detail was taken into account by worthmore, from band width and size, to trying sizes on different days to make sure the size was correct, to picking what kind of gold and being advised from the experts at worthmore what would work best for the ring. My wife had the same sizing treatment for her rings as well. Also, we were treated as friends, with good conversation and offered refreshments while we worked on our designs with the jewelers. We weren't rushed or just another number, we really had a personal experience, truly great customer service. I can't say enough good things about Dan Linihan, Susan Silver, and Laura Foster for giving us an amazing experience. I would recommend this jeweler again and again to anyone, they did an incredible job for us and I'm eternally grateful for them. Thank you Worthmore!

Laura Foster made one of my dreams come true! My husband and I walked into Worthmore Jewelers in Decatur Square to see if I could find my dream earrings that were to be worn on my wedding day. Once we walked in, we had a warm welcome. After not finding what I had in mind, Laura asked me to describe 'the vision'. Laura took out a piece of paper and drew out what I was describing. She was able to make the earrings herself! She found the perfect gold diamond hoop earrings and ordered pearls that she designed to be able to be taken off in the case I wanted to just wear the gold hoops on their own. The earrings were absolutely perfect for my wedding day and something I enjoy wearing daily.

I am a metalsmith myself and every time I need work done on something that I can't do or a client needs help with a repair that I can't offer, I send them to Worthmore. Not only is their customer service amazing but the work by their jeweler that is in house is trustworthy and reliable. Recently I needed my wedding band diamonds set in bezels (changed from the original antique prongs) and was so so pleased with the work by Dan and Priscilla. We worked with Christina who is fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented, and lovely to work with. She helped us with numerous family heirloom pieces with repairs and appraisals, along with sizing a complicated contemporary ring. We worked with Dani to buy our wedding bands last weekend. She was wonderful to work with! She was helpful, kind, informative, and patient. I thought finding a stone and designing the right ring would be incredibly difficult but was easier than I ever could have imagined thanks to Olya. When my girlfriend and I started talking about engagement, she knew she wanted a green gemstone, emerald or tsavorite. And when I started looking I wanted to find a jeweler that was Atlanta local, been around for 10+ years, and could design a unique ring. Well, that’s Worthmore Jewelers. Olya and Worthmore were up for the challenge. Olya brought in several emeralds and tsavorites for us to see and explained to us the differences and what to expect. We decided on the exact color and size she was looking for and Olya took it from there. Lucky for us, Olya and Worthmore were on the way to a gemstone show in Las Vegas. She sent me several photos and videos throughout the convention. At the end of she had two beautiful stones. When my girlfriend saw the stone that was meant for her her jaw dropped to the floor. I’ll never forget the look on her face. A photo of an art deco styled ring was used for inspiration and Worthmore helped me design something one of a kind and unique for my love. Quickly reached out with an initial design, took my notes, and came back with the most beautiful ring. She said Yes at a waterfall and my now fiancée and I could not be happier. She says it’s exactly what she wanted with the delicate style she was looking for. I can’t wait to see that ring on her finger everyday knowing how happy it makes her. Just when I think Worthmore cannot get better, it does... and they do! The selection is temping, and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, charming, and fun. I have been working with Laura for years on new purchases, repairs, jewelry design, presents, and more. She once searched the world to find the one stone that would work best in a repair. I had lost a stone and finding a match took a commitment to client service that I've rarely seen. She is excellent. I popped in one day recently, and Laura was not there. I thought I'd come back another time, but Dan was super helpful and so much fun. I am in double-trouble with these two at Worthmore! Truly, this place is a Decatur gem in every sense. I went to Worthmore jewelers in Decatur looking for options for resetting my diamond engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted from looking on the Internet but was concerned that I would have difficulty finding what I wanted in a store. I was interested in a platinum Art Deco vintage setting. Laura at Worthmore was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. After I showed her some pictures from online, she was able to steer me to exactly what I was looking for. When I had trouble deciding between two somewhat similar settings, she asked me questions which helped me to identify which one would really make me happier. To be honest, the setting at Worthmore was so beautiful and intricate that there is no comparison with the ones I had seen online. The finished product is simply gorgeous and the quality is incredible. That being said, as beautiful as the ring is, I have to say how great the whole experience was. Laura is lovely, friendly, and very professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about jewelry and explained everything to me every step of the way so I knew exactly what I was getting. In addition to purchasing this new mounting and having the stone set, I wanted to have several rings appraised. Laura provided me with a detailed description of each of my items, including showing me the stones under a microscope, which had never been done when I had purchased these rings in the past. I will definitely be back to see Laura at Worthmore for future jewelry purchases!

Good people and great service - even for the little (non-expensive) things! I came in recently to get some old jewelry repaired: a necklace and two bracelets. Dan was of great help - he was able to fix the necklace. He could have charged me for re-stringing the two bracelets, which would have been way more to get fixed than the bracelets were worth, but instead he gave me directions on how to fix it myself easily. So, with his help, I have all three items fixed! Highly recommend!

Laura is THE BEST! Worthmore was the first and only place my fiance shopped for a ring! We couldn't be happier with our experience at Worthmore, they are wonderful and have an incredible selection. I'm pretty particular and always thought I wanted a floral vintage ring. Laura went above and beyond educating us about different styles and pulling an assortment of rings. These guys are great and proved it to me again. I've bought a few things from these guys over the years and loved everything I've ever gotten there. Yesterday I went in with my wife to get their opinion about getting my wedding ring resized to fit again. I haven't been able to wear it in about 5 years. They did a little stretching for me, polished it, and got this thing back on my finger. So glad. I've missed wearing this thing. Dan was amazing in his customer service and was willing to take the time to chat and make sure I was happy. I will go to them anytime I'm looking to buy, or needing a repair.

Sometime in my teenage years, my grandmother gifted me a beautifully delicate pearl and diamond brooch. I believe it had belonged to my great grandmother. I never wore the brooch as that's not a piece of jewelry I typically wear. I always had the idea that I would make it into a pendant. When I met with Laura at the Worthmore store in downtown Decatur, I told her my idea about creating a vertical pendant from the rectangular-shaped brooch. After some discussion about the length of the chain and how it would land on my chest, Laura suggested a horizontal bar pendant instead. I had not thought of that and really liked the idea. Next we had to pick the chain - yellow gold or white gold. She suggested that a yellow gold chain would create more contrast, so that's what we went with. I love the way the bar pendant necklace turned out, as well as my collaboration with Laura to create the perfect piece that I wear on an almost daily basis!

Jonathan over delivered my expectations. The entire experience was incredibly professional, easy, and accommodating. He is a true pleasure to work with, and a fantastic artist. My fiancé loves the ring and it was exactly how we had imagined the finished product. Looking forward to the continued relationship for years to come!

Olya at Worthmore Decatur is literally the best! When we started looking at rings, she patiently sized and showed me all of the beautiful options that the store has. I had ventured to other shops, but none were as personable or personalized as Worthmore. Olya helped my partner customize the ring in such a lovely way that I can't stop staring at it. Laura was incredible. I had 2 necklaces that were very important to me but the quality was not good at all. I asked her to make replicas but in 14k gold. The final pieces were absolutely perfect and I can’t wait to go back to have other pieces made.

I first went in for maintenance on my ring (great job/fair price) but this review is for the awesome job that Sydney and their jeweler did to restore a ~100 year old family ring that I'm giving to my brother for his proposal. Sydney walked me through all possible options and prices. They were all reasonable so we went with the full Monty (repair of prior damage, replace band and resize, dip in white gold, and clean). We worked with Olya to design a custom wedding ring using stones from several pieces of family jewelry and we could not be happier with the result! I walked in to Worthmore on a random evening with my very sad engagement ring that had lost one of the invisible set diamonds in the center setting… right before my 10th wedding anniversary! I knew these kinds of diamonds aren’t easy or budget friendly to replace. I was heartbroken… but I then met Laura F and immediately knew that my ring was in good hands; she patiently walked me through my options, offered me wine and showed me some beautiful diamonds right on the spot! We agreed it would be best to modify the setting to replace the invisible set diamonds with one larger center stone (upgrade!). It was really important to me that my ring still look like MY ring (and not be over my insurance budget!) and I decided on a beautiful radiant cut diamond that would shine like the many facets of the original smaller invisible set stones. I am so happy with the results- absolutely in love with my ring all over again, cannot stop looking at this beautiful sparkly ring, and it’s all because of Laura. She is so knowledgeable and listened so intently to all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the repair (which was done early!) Seriously the best customer service ever. Customer for life.
