BEWARE This company is running scams on its customers.(GOOGLE ASPEN DENTAL SCAMS AND ASPEN DENTAL LAWSUITS) I had cancelled an appointment for a routine cleaning and received a bill in the mail for services that my insurance did not cover. They charged me hundreds of dollars for services I never had done, for an appointment I never had. It has been hell trying to resolve it. (Call Centers) They have wasted so much of my time. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Good-bye Aspen Dental

The x-ray person and hygienist were good. I did not see the actual dentist. I felt the manager that quoted me the cost for a deep cleaning was uncaring. I had asked for a copy of my x-rays and the receptionist xeroxed 2 pages for me which meant nothing. I asked for a digital copy and was told it would take 3 weeks to get...unacceptable. Also the out of pocket cost was 3 times higher then another dentist where I received a second opinion. I won't be returning to Aspen Dental or referring them..

My husband and I have both had work done here on a few occasions and were very disappointed. Spent $800 on a retainer that broke after less than 6 months. Got a cleaning done and experienced pain for over a week after so we canceled the scheduled fillings. We've waited 3 months now and called every week about the refund and we are still missing over $500. The office staff is friendly but the dental work is questionable at best. Find a small local dentist that you trust.

I was highly impressed by the service received by the entire staff. As someone who has been on front lines of customer service my entire life, I think my opinion holds merit. Everyone came in contact with was incredibly nice and engaged. I felt very comfortable and that's not common when sitting in a dentist chair! The office manager even produced a discount that beat my insurance coverage! I have been to other Aspen dental offices, this by far the best. Keep up the great work!

I feel they really came through for me. They helped me when I needed. I appreciate that so much. I’m getting a brand new set of teeth and I am ecstatic. I appreciate Aspen dental.

Very friendly staff. Willing explain coverages, because I was paying out of pocket. Made it very easy to take care of my tooth pain. Next day extraction and it went well. Very numb & didn't feel the pain! Dentist was amazing! I highly recommend ASPEN DENTAL in Goodyear they were great!

I always seem to be in a hurry and the Team at Aspen Dental do an awesome job getting me in and out. From the staff up front to Dr. Wisebond, everyone is so friendly, understanding and professional. I would recommend this location in Goodyear to anyone! I would give them six (6) stars 🌟 if possible!

The rudest people I have ever met a dental office . First off how do you get an exam without a cleaning ? All they did was tell me I need fillings I said I would come back they refused to do the cleaning without the fillings . Now I’m trying to make the appointment for the fillings and they won’t do it without another exam . MORE MONEY OUT MY POCKET . But yet still won’t do the fillings the same day . I can’t just keep taking multiple days off . This is the only office I have been to where they didn’t atleast do the cleaning the same day . But the way they talk to you is ridiculous and the first time I called I was hung up on . So if you can avoid atleast just this office I recommend you do .

I came here out of pain! Was in the worse pain I've ever been in, they only did a cleaning and gave me ibuprofen and anabiotic’s prescription. I came back the next day because I couldn’t take the pain and they just told me to keep taking my medication. They couldn’t schedule a extraction until weeks out. I had to go to another dentist to have my tooth removed to relieve the pain. Also, the other dentist prescribe me stronger medication to help me with the pain. The prices is out the roof. I am getting all of the work I need done for half the price that I was quoted for here. My new dentist couldn't believe what I was being charged. Then this place charged the full amount of my care credit without even completing the work! How can you charge someone without doing the work
