It has been over 2 weeks since I joined Muscletopia. So far the best decision I have done. If you expect to be challenged, this is the place to go. Not for the weak, only for those who want result. Ivan will train you and will target on what you need and work with. Plan ahead and be on task if you want to see results. The gym has all the necessary equipment and the atmosphere is phenomenal. Cleanness is outstanding.

This place is a great gym. The personnel that work there are kind and very helpful. I was on military block leave (vacation) from a recent deployment overseas. They worked with me and said they were more happy to let me work out for 2 weeks. Karen was so kind and sweet. This place has pretty everything you'd need to get a real solid workout. I hope they allow me to visit their gym again the next time I come into town. Thank you all.

I've worked out at home for the past decade and made the decision to join this gym to socialize more as well as move my physique to the next level. The owner of this gym, Ivan, will go out of his way to make you feel like a member of his family and personally see to it that you make strides in accomplishing the goals you seek to accomplish in joining Muscletopia. I've worked out in big box gyms, and they just can't compare to the personalized experience and the sense of community you will experience here. The gym is always immaculate, has all the equipment a body builder could desire, is quiet compared to big box gyms, has incredible staff and customers. Discovered Muscletopia about a year or two ago, it’s my absolute go to place, home, culture. Amazing environment! The machines are well maintained and laid out in a way that makes the place feel open. The people here are super friendly and genuinely care. I love this gym. The atmosphere is awesome, everyone is very welcoming, kind, and supportive. Every time I have gone it is never overly busy so I can have my own space to do my own workouts. There are a variety of machines to use which is great. Ivan really cares about your experience and really welcomes you to the family from the beginning. I love it here.

Muscletopia was a great segue into the day, and the positive reviews prompted me/us to see what it was about. Firstly, it’s very clear the owner Ivan takes great pride of his business. He keeps it immaculately clean, he engages in what you hope and want out of the experience, & all the equipment is top notch. The machines are straightforward and the environment isn’t overwhelming or intimidating. I’ve never been a fan of stand & model or cruising gyms - Muscletopia is sooo not like that. Price point is excellent, there’s no hidden fees, or up-selling to any degree (huge plus). Lastly - I’ve always been anti-trainer with any gym I’ve joined for my own weird and sometimes valid reasons, but this was the first time I gave in and rolled with it. Chad (trainer) is incredibly professional, personable in the most genuine way, and naturally motivating and encouraging. His focus was what I wanted/expected for myself, not what he thought I should do - awesome, right?! For sure! I’ll admit that initially I told myself if I did a trial run with a trainer I wanted another woman (I’m a woman), but Chad is above & beyond excellent and I’m glad I ended up with him. He doesn’t have any hint of an ego and his attentiveness is 100%! Thank you, Ivan & Chad! Y’all are the best!

I came to Phoenix to visit my significant other while he was on rotation. He was already working out here and showed me this gym to try out. Honestly, such an amazing gym! The place is so clean, there are cool machines that other regular gyms don’t have, which I appreciate. The owner is also very hospitable and welcoming and would always offer help if you needed it. I 10000 % recommend this gym if you need a place to work out and feel like you’re part of a community!

This Gym is awesome! They set the standard on how a gym should be ran! From the moment I walked in they gave me a VIP experience. Mercedes was fantastic and super welcoming. Ivan is the man! One of the most important aspects to a good gym is a positive and supportive culture. This is gym has that, as well as great equipment. On my first visit, multiple people introduced themselves and were very friendly without being overwhelming or intrusive to my lift. No pushy sales people. Just a great environment to train in. I don’t live close enough to go to Muscletopia regularly, but I’ll absolutely go out of my way every few weeks to lift here when I have time.

The staff is very personable and helpful. They definitely make you feel like you are part of the family. The members at the gym are also respectful and make sure they re rack their weight equipment when they are finished. I have been a member at several gyms in the Phoenix area and I can confidently say I have yet to find a gym like this one. This is a very professional and inspiring staff, Everyone is ready to help you with a smile, I have never been a member of a gym for longer than two weeks because I feel lost and intimidated but I decided to purchase an online plan with Ivan the owner and after six months I have lost 35 pounds, all my health test are impressive to the point my doctor has taken me off the 3 medications I have been taking for almost a decade. I love this gym! I've never been a consistent gym goer because it's uncomfortable for me, having to workout with a crowd of people. Not a problem here at Muscletopia! There's never too many people here at once and anyone who I've ever encountered at the gym is friendly and respectful. I really like that Muscletopia has the space and tools for me to do all the exercises I need, while still being affordable! There's also an added benefit that the gym owner, Ivan, is the best! He's always willing to offer light coaching, spotting, and makes sure there's free water bottles available for his guests. You can always expect to see Ivan's smile within a few seconds if walking into Muscletopia. Like I said, I've never been one to go to the gym more than 2x a week. Best gym ever for weight training and motivation. I was super skinny, couldn’t even bench 100lbs and I weighed 195lbs. I just hit my pr on bench at 175lbs, and I weigh 190lbs. I was in town for work and stopped by for a workout. Ivan, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I got a tour and help figuring out certain equipment I’d never used before. Muscletopia has been the best gym I have been a part of. It’s always clean and the energy is always great! As a woman I always feel respected, supported, and empowered. I have worked with a couple trainers/coaches/gyms and nothing compares. I have known Ivan for 6 years and he has been my trainer for 90 days. He is definitely not your typical cookie cutter trainer. He has been the same consistent person throughout the years. He has so much knowledge not only about fitness but nutrition, holistic approach, supplementation, and mindset. He is always present in our sessions and I learn something new every time I have a session, plus he is always watching your progress and supporting you virtually. “A dōjō (道場) is a hall or place for immersive learning or meditation” - Wikipedia This is the most accurate descriptor for Muscletopia USA. It’s way more than a “gym” that you’d find at Planet Fitness, Lifetime, or any other chain gym out there. It’s a legitimate dōjō and Ivan is the Sensei that brings all of the learning, training, and wisdom that comes along with working out in a wholistic perspective. I’ve gone through 5 other trainers in the past 4 years, all of the others at the chain gyms were just supervisors and never taught or pushed me to become better. Ivan is the first trainer who has been able to lift me to the goals I’ve wanted to achieve and continues to train me to be self sustained for the rest of my life with the knowledge I’m getting with each workout. This is a smaller gym, but with all the equipment you could want, great for avoiding the crowds, and has a much more personal touch. Ivan makes it a point to make everyone who walks through the door feel welcome. I can’t imagine going to any other gym now that I’ve switched to here.

Super cool gym. I've traveled all over the country and have trained in many gyms. The vibe here is cool and Super Clean. The owner is also SUPER COOL and was very accommodating to us. I visited friends in Phoenix and used Muscletopia because they have a trainer there. It is Covid so there was a check-in procedure and temperature checking every time we arrived. The gym was cleaned every time I was there. My friends love the owner but I didn't have any 1:1 sessions. Equipment was is great shape, never crowded, good location.

For a while now I’ve been searching for a place that feels like home Muscletopia is more than a gym it’s a family that welcomes you with open hands Muscletopia has a very clean environment with a very positive person Ivan , just love how supportive he is and his passion and dedication for the people he helps, you can definitely see how humble he is and how happy and positive and full of energy that is the kind a gym I always want to go to a gym that feels not only like a gym but a family !

My daughter and I went out for a walk a couple of weeks ago and was fortunate to have the stars align and we decided to pop our heads in to check it out....AND instantly knew this was where we were meant to be after talking to the owner and getting the 411 we needed. He invited us to continue our workout and for the first time in my entire life I have worked out EVERYDAY SINCE! And I look forward to coming in every day....which is something pretty huge for me. The owner is amazing!! The gym is great, and if you wanna live your best life not only physically but mentally this is the place to go. He doesn’t only help with looking your best, but helps you mentally with any advice he can. I really think if you want to better your life in both ways this is the place to go!

I absolutely love Muscletopia, I have been going to this gym for 4 weeks and have lost over 16lbs. I am being coached by Ivan and it has been a life changing experience. When i first arrived my general goal was to slim down and try to get "into shape". In the short amount of time i have been there; my life style, eating habits and goals have completely changed. Ivan ensures that every member feels comfortable during their workout. Ivan introduces me to every other member that is there when i am and it makes the environment so much more comfortable. All of the members and staff are excellent. I drive 50 minutes one way every day just to be there when i have 2 gyms in walking distance from my home. I wont go anywhere else anymore.

I had always been skeptical about working with an online coach, but I have been completely blown away with Ivan. From our initial consultation to our daily check ins. He makes me feel important and that my goals are his goals. Ivan holds me accountable while motivating and pushing me to be better. Love the fact the he not only focuses on my workouts, nutrition but also my mental well-being. I am so glad that I decided to embark on this health journey with him!

I have been training here for 2+ months and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Coach Ivan, has taught me a lot during our training sessions and doesn't let me slack. The support and communication is always there. The perfect Gym! It’s not crowded at all, there is just the right amount of equipment to get the job done. The owner and staff are all such awesome people the place is kept perfectly clean, it’s nice to walk into a gym where everyone is there for their own goals and to motivate each other to reach those goals. Ivan the owner truly cares about each one of his members and does his best to make them feel at home. I walked into this gym thinking it was a nutrition shop, but little did I know it was a perfect gym for me!! I signed up the same day no pressure at all just motivated and focused to get back on track and becoming a member at Muscletopia I know That will be possible. ?

Fantastic gym. Owner and trainers are visibly passionate about what they do. Not pushy about joining at all. They have an awesome environment for training and they know it. Inside the gym they have nautilus equipment among some other unique pieces that you don't normally see in gyms. It's a versatile training location that is perfect for weight training. Just an all around positive training atmosphere and great equipment. Not sure what else I could ask for from a gym.

Days ago friends asked me how I was doing in my new gym and the truth is I feel very good. I want to thank the coach for the good job he does and always give his best to make people feel happy. I have a lot of respect for him professional and personal. I always recommend people who ask me for a place to workout and this is why. When you enter Muscletopia the energy is totally different from other places. The most important part for me of having met Ivan is that he is an incredible person, with him you will find a friend, a brother or whatever you want to find. But the happiest you will feel is that he will always be there for you

Loved this place, by far my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. My girlfriend and I were in town for the weekend and wanted to get a quick lift in. We called to see if they had day passes, and the owner Ivan told us to just stop by free of charge (if you don’t count the push-ups he had me do as payment). If you’re looking for a gym that will make you want to get better, lift harder, and push yourself, then Muscletopia is the place. Friendly staff and great vibes. Wish I could have a similar gym at home, just the place I need to take my fitness journey to the next level.

Mustletopia USA is the best gym I’ve ever been a member to flat out. Fees and membership are cheap just like big box gyms, but come with the benefit of being wide open most of the time and never overcrowded. It is also owned privately and they obviously care much more deeply about fitness and the community building then the money. This is evident by the immaculate condition the machines and gym in general are kept and the people you meet here. Mustletopia USA has machines for just about everything including some interesting “unconventional” ones as well as cardio equipment like treadmills so whatever you’re going to the gym for whether it’s strength training or conditioning for anything in between they’ll have you covered. The floor is a little small, but that’s mostly just because the space is small in general. They make great use of this space however so it doesn’t feel crowded at all and with it usually only have a few people in there at a time it makes for a great experience unlike many big box gyms where I few like I’m constantly crammed together with people squeezing by to get weights from racks etc... Trainers are all extremely knowledgeable and will go out of there way to help even if they’re not training you specifically at the moment. This is where the community aspect I spoke of earlier comes into play. Everyone here has been great and welcoming. You can be new and just starting to lift or experienced and they'll treat you the same with respect. Overrall Mustletopia USA is amazing and so long as I’m living in the mid-town area I will be coming to this gym. I don’t think I could ever go back to a commercial gym again.

Love the gym, environment, and people. As a pro, these is a gym I need and that anyone can walk into and feel like home.
