The French fries - excellent! The fried oysters - a little dry for my taste but the breading and flavor were spot on. The fried shrimp - a light breading which is fine and the flavor was great! I know the owner from working at the Horseshoe; he runs a tight ship. The decor and atmosphere is awesome!... Two TVs and a bar. The management and service can't be beat!

The port is a great new seafood and oyster bar that just opened up inside of the horseshoe casino. This place has the best fried calamari and charbroiled oysters. The service is great and the place is really clean. Definitely my new favorite spot. They even have a bar where you can order drinks. I got a top shelf margarita and it was the best. 10/10!

Definitely our new favorite spot! Service is excellent! The GM, Tiffany, is so helpful! She gave us great recommendations and made sure we were taken care of! The entire staff is so friendly and efficient. Love the firecracker shrimp every time we come! We appreciate how consistent everything is. The portion sizes are great for the price!

My husband and I shared the waygu burger and Rockefeller oysters. Both were prepared perfectly! Service was super nice and although it's a semi self service place (get your own drinks and utensils), they were still very attentive and checked on us to clear our table and check on us! We'll be back!

Google direction is confusing, but this restaurant is inside the Horseshoe casino! Open seating clean and fresh seafood on display! Portion is very generous and price is good / fair. We had fried catfish, oyster plate, New Orleans salmon and gumbo. They are all very tasty. I have attached images for each dish we ordered. It’s worth the hype and seafood lover should try!

The Port is a nice restaurant to eat at. Ashley checked us out. She was kind and patient. I got the snow crab for 30.99! It tasted great with the butter. Brought my family. If you want to hear each other talk better, sit in the back as far as you can lol in the booths! Very loud music playing and alot of people. Great experience. If you don't do valet, turn right for the free parking. You can also get a free cheese cake if you write a review! Oh and only down part for me, the servers could do a better job at sitting the plates down so food doesn't fall off and give us silverware please. Thank you @the port and staff.

The food is soo good here that I had to come back . First visit, was this past Saturday. Brought my grandson and oldest daughter back today!!! Summers’ personality is Awesome!!! Will be back soon!!!

Food and service were great! We ordered the catfish and shrimp plate and the grilled shrimp salad and both were large portions and so fresh. Ashley took our order and she was so helpful and has exceptional customer service.

We had the catfish platter, firecracker shrimp, and the charbroiled shrimp salad. All of it was great. Servings were very large- we didn’t need the firecracker shrimp appetizer although it was very good and I’m glad we didn’t miss it. Food was cooked to order and came up quick and hot. My wife loved the grilled shrimp on the salad and the hush puppies. I loved tyke firecracker shrimp and the catfish was very good. There was just too much of it for me to finish.

don’t sleep on The Port, this place is better than the top rated seafood place in town. I compared both gumbos and this place has the best, trust me, it’s layered with flavor. The charbroiled oysters are also a must. Also, this place is very clean, love that. Highly recommend

The smell right off the bat won me over. The appetizers were hands down so good. We had fried green beans and popcorn crawfish tails. Fried to perfection and dipping sauces set both off! For our meal we had the fried catfish and fried shrimp basket. It was so tasty!!

The food at the port was amazing, the portions and the food itself we’re definitely worth it. What put the experience over the top had to be how personable and friendly the staff was, especially Edward and Yoyo who was at the bar. Would definitely come back and eat here again! The food was so good we only took one picture!

I wanted to try The Port because I want some chargrilled oysters! Needless to say that charbroiled and chargrilled is two different dishes. The fish was good and fresh tasting! I didn’t realize how fresh things were until I saw everything on ice at the counter! Overall it was a good visit for my birthday dinner!

Came here for lunch, and everything was great. Ashley took care of us and she was very nice and friendly, guided us through specials on the menu. Definitely recommend this place for a good and fresh seafood

currently staying in the horseshoe passing by on a road trip and stopped into The Port, was greeted very kindly by Ashley. the food was amazing, my bf and i got shrimp étouffée and the crawfish étouffée baked potato!

Ashley and the entire team were fantastic. They were flying around serving everyone with a smile. The food was great. Oysters were large and fresh and portion sizes on the rest of our food ensured you were full. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

Service and food were both great. The wagyu burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Would definitely go back!

The food is awesome! We came from Texas, and we wanted an authentic Louisiana flavor, and this is the perfect place. Also, we were attending by Ashley, and she's very friendly and smiling. We'll be back soon for sure!

The Porch is a delightful restaurant that serves excellent fish and shrimp dishes. The quality of the seafood was impressive, and both the fish and shrimp were cooked to perfection. If you're a fan of seafood, The Porch is definitely worth a visit.

We decided to give The Port a try for our regular Sunday lunch. It was great, the service was AMAZING. If you are looking for a new place to try go see Ashley @The Port she was amazing at suggesting menu items and giving us all her favorites. Of course I took pictures of all my food 😊 The Diablo Ashley's recommendation were a hit.

Food is delicious! Crab cakes were perfectly cooked. Salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly as well. We tried the “Charbroiled Salmon salad” and “Salmon New Orleans Way”, which came with a side salad. Summer was attentive and very helpful in choosing our selection. We also tried the cheesecakes - chocolate marble and strawberry. The strawberry was still a little frozen but Summer told us in advance. Regardless, both were delicious. Will eat here again!
