I like this hotel. It has a very big space for events and it also has enough space for parking of vehicles. They have a green field that it is well trimmed and maintained regularly. They have accessible roads to the hotels too. They have halls where you can have your event like wedding and others. They have evening outdoor services.

Still unpainted after many years of usage. Has many traders selling on the walk way causing lots and lots of hold up. It needs better attention than it is presently getting.

Nice. It reduces the risk of crossing the express because of the busy road. It's mostly busy in the evening because some people sells handmade shoes,slippers, phone accessories even all kinds of fruits at the pedestrian bridge there, so people passing by will be stuffy and crowded a little bit.

It's a convenient and safe way to get across the express dividing both sides of Awka, due to this, it's almost always crowded. Also, it's home to a mini trading community and offers easy access to the local transport companies.

Beautiful rooms in a serene environment, takes you away from the heat of Awka. With a splendid orchard well manicured, you can be outdoors to a natural breather. You surely get a well deserved rest here.

Getting to the place does not take time, the address was good enough and accurate. There are enough parking space, well planned environment, rooms for different categories of people available and affordable. They serve palmwine too, aside assorted wines, alcoholic, beverages and others, snacks, etc. The atmosphere is also cool for relaxation and reading due to natural environment/habitats. Try and see

I particularly loved the garden. The rooms are okay with required room service as well. Air conditioned, refrigerator fitted, and an electric jug. The bathroom is good too. My room was okay but I think some maintainance will do a lot.

This is a nice hotel which has obviously seen many better days. Still looks awesome from outside with nearly mowed lawns. However, the building has no lift, the complimentary breakfast is too tiny and not was prepared. One of the receptionists (a lady) was very rude to my wife. Finally, although the premises is massive, there is no parking lot. And if you do not drive in, you'll have to carry your heavy luggage by yourself from the gate to the hotel building (a very long distance)

Visited because I had to take some guests from my State on assignment to the place but we were disappointed with what we met on ground. Most of the rooms had not been used in a while so the moist small was very strong but the good thing is that renovation is currently ingoing, so soon it will be back to it's full glory. The environment is cool and it's located in a seren environment with security.

Finotel hotel is located along Agu Awka road in Awka. It is a lovely place to stay or visit. The serene environment is a plus. They have a large garden for events and relaxation and literary discussions. They have a bar and also a gym. It is a nice event location and quite affordable.

The bedsheets were clean. The AC worked excellently. Good furnishing too. However, the bulb in the room was bad, illumination possible only by the bedside lamp. Sadly, no soundproofing of the rooms too, I had to listen to raunchy sex sessions from a nearby room throughout the evening and following morning, that even the noise of my AC couldn't drown out.

I visited a friend here for the afternoon. The hotel seems well maintained and decent but the customer service was beyond poor. It was actually appalling. At the time I got there there was no water flowing in my friend's room and she had to actually go downstairs to get a response or have it fixed. We tried to order a meal and after over 30mins, they told us the meal wasn't available. For a hotel, they can actually do a lot better.

It's a cool place to spend the night. Buffet was set in the morning for breakfast . I served myself with my choice of food n it was free of charge. the AC in my room chilled like a deep freezer.

Finotel is just the best hotel so far.

One good thing about this hotel is their spacious environment. In case you need an out door event, they are a good pick. Also they have a good meat pepper soup joint and a really spacious hall for indoor events.

Fine hotel from the outside but the interior finishing is zero. The service is wacky. No steady running water in the rooms and water heater is not working. Stayed only one night but had to run away to a better hotel

Great structure, large compound, large rooms and the structural build looks like a place that's well thought. Maintenance doesn't seem to be top notch as the keys are tacky. Still a very decent place.

Worst experience ever. Maybe I expected too much based on the nice looking building and reception lounge. The dirty sheets were not even changed after the last guest . They made the bed with dirty fresh blood stained sheets and and the bathroom was so filthy I actually cried wondering how I got here. I can't even give a star for the food the Oha soup was a disappointing experience. No WiFi available either even though its advertised. I hope the management sees this review and pays more attention to what is happening here

Look closely to ensure your sheets were changed before you lie on it after check in. The bathroom was very filthy and at night there was a big rat that dared to stare at me without fear. VERY disappointing and horrible experience. Considering the beautiful garden, fruit orchard and green surroundings I didn't expect the filth and lack of maintenance I experienced in the rooms. Am not going to review the food cos palates differ but is it even possible to get indomie wrong? How? The reception will not pick their phones NEVER even if you ring 10 times and it is a culture cos shifts changed and same complain pray not to have an emergency in their rooms. If the management is actually serious about standards they should put a guest review card in the room or the number of a supervisor one can call for complaints. I am giving a star cos that is the least I can pick the place doesn't deserve any.

Polite staff, ample packing space, a scenic grass garden, good access road and decent lodging. However, they have a limited menu for drinks, you can't get smoothies, milkshakes, fresh yoghurt or perfait. They just have carbonated drinks, beer varieties, energy drink and an epileptic supply of fresh orange juice.
