The management here is quite on hand and willing to settle issues verbally. The kitchen is a bit slow and the female staff in it can sometimes can very annoying and rude. The receptionist is nice and approachable.

It's situated inside Iyiagu Housing Estate, Awka. It's a nice and neat hotel. Their staff's are friendly and ready to help. It's affordable and Their services are very good 👍.

Crescent springs hotel is not so bad for relaxation. Tho I was not lodged in there but they've got a good environment and also the Bush bar is nice and also the Pool is neat.

If it’s possible to give this hotel a zero star I will, it’s the worst hotel and service I have ever experienced. The customer service is Zero, very non challant staffs. Their faces are not welcoming at all. The whole environment feels like a dead zone. Reading the reviews here am wondering if it’s same hotel I just visited that is been written about. A piece of advice, don’t waste your time and money here.

Crescent Spring Hotel is sited in a calm and children friendly environment. Facilities available here includes swimming pool, gym, bar, event room/hall e.t.c. This place is ideal for a weekend getaway for individuals in the look out for serenity. However it would be a minus for the crazy and life of the party folks. The service here is nice and affordable.

One of the old hotels in Awka that has managed to maintain a good standard. I like their swimming pool. It is usually clean and well maintained

I ate a meal here. Their customer service is very good.

It's clean. AC is on during the day too. Nice secluded environment. I think they can work on fixing small fixtures though.

Good place. Went for the swimming pool but the pool isn't all that big.

Most of their staff attend to their duties angrily. You have to remind them every day for toiletries. I was told to pay 100naira just to make use of their table spoon after lodging there for 6 days and buying food from them sometimes. I am sure checking out of this place tomorrow for another hotel.they can keep their spoon and their angry and dirty staff.
