I cant even begin to talk about my experience at this over priced hotel,service is horrible,no concept of customer service,i paid 30k for room and d ac kept tripping off every 10 mins,i spent all night trying 2 get another room or refund,it was until 6 am that dey could get me a lower grade of room and refused to balance me,beds 2 high,mtcheew,not worth it at all if u know what u want

Lived upto its name , excellent room finishes, quality complimentary breakfast, courteous staffs. A pleasant place to stay in awka, worth every penny.

Visited with my wife from London, UK for a funeral. The skinny guy at the reception who guided us around was extremely rude and unhelpful. He seemed unwilling to answer questions or show us additional rooms. He was mumbling under his breath and dragging his feet like he was forced to be there. It's clear that he’s gonna drive away customers if he doesn't improve his manners—definitely not the right fit for his role.

The Geneva Contontinental Hotel, Akwa is very good hotel. Their customer service was truly exceptional, and their food is very palatable. I will always make a repeat of stay anytime I visit Awka.

I had an excellent stay at Geneva hotel,their continental dishes are epic,,wow their restaurant recipients are so awesome ad friendly,,,they really made my stay great,,

Was really nice just network issues but they have wifi so it's not bad afterall

It has two structures about 100m apart but trekable.one of it is a modern structure

International service standard, serene environment, well trained staff, high speed wifi network, very good buffet breakfast,24hrs power supply,good security in and around the hotel, well furnished rooms my dream hotel will always go to Geneva hotel whenever I go to awka

Though it's somehow an expensive hotel but with your money you will enjoy a delicious Igbo meal of different types.

Geneva Continental Hotel Awka, just as the name continental hotel and I can assure you one of the best hotel in awka, Anambra state I really enjoy my stay there and anytime I visit Nigeria again I'll be there, Nice services, room service excellent, staff well mannered and properly dressed, best dishes, 247 electricity and nice parking space one that blows my mind is before you wake up the securities most have washed your car in the night and most importantly your properties are 100% secured or are my talking about the privacy you can stay there as a celebrity and end of the day go without any form of alarming, God bless the management.
