Good place. Neat, presentable and chic. I'll recommend this place. Apparently, they have a couples room that has a see through bathroom. First that I've seen. However, they have an issue with hot water. No hot water during my entire stay. So make sure you ask if the problem has been fixed before payment

I just like this place, I repeat, I like this place. Hey! just don't think that it is just cool. Oh my Gosh! This place is expensive no for low income earners. Their services are very much ok. Clean and tidy big rooms. They have a small swimming pool that is always and steadily flushing itself after some minutes interval. They have Steady power supply. They have outdoor bar beside the pool side. They also have indoor bars and dine in settings where you can actually have varieties of food, depending on the ones in their menu.You will get value for your money here. Their entrance road is accessible

The rooms ,hospitality and food is really good. But I dont understand who designed the interior of the rooms. How can they place the AC so far from bed that it is not able to make the room cool within 3 hours. I checked in around 8pm and now its almost 11pm at night. Still the Ac is not able to make the room cool. They really need to work on it.

Really amazing place, only thing is that they don’t have menus for their restaurants. The attendant was just calling prices off his head and it was looking like a scam.

it is very nice. the cheapest room is about 12k but the rooms from 20k are cool. the only downside is that they use a central heater system (or claimed to) so if you want hot water, they wud have to bring it for you. the bar is cozy . like american film bar. that hot water thing asides, the rooms are worth every penny. even the passage to the room is awesome

The see-through bathroom is genius. Also good staff and splendid food. Quite good money for the price.

The experience was worthwhile. The staff were nice. The environment neat. Located strategically in the city center. Easily accessible. Have enough parking lots.

Service: Their service is not bad given the location and region, but there is room for improvement. They have a couple of courteous and professional staff. Pricing: It is quiet affordable and the best part of it is that you can get smaller rooms with same comfort at a reduced price, so no need to bug yourself over affordability. Quality of rooms: I was able to stay in two different kind of rooms during my stay, this helped me explore on quality of rooms. On a scale of 10, I will rate them 7, they need to work on the inter comms and Air conditioners in the bigger rooms. Food: I ordered egusi soup and semo, the soup could not pass my throat, will I ever try their soups again? NO!! Each room payment comes with a complimentary breakfast that starts around 7am. It was like same food was served everyday that I remained in the hotel.😢 Environment/ Amenities: The hotel is neat, they have a gym, restaurant, lounge, bar, swimming pool.

There are options for reservations. Room ranges from N15,000-N40,000 and N45,000 for a suite. There is laundry and Tell comm services. The restaurant offers a wide range of meals: *Breakfast that is complementary, *Nkwobi at a price of #4500 *Salad *Rice and chicken. In short all local and international dishes. There is also a Wide range of drinks and exotics. *A buffet option and others. There is a pool service available only to lodging guests. And a bar extension. There is also a show glass sale for your snacks, stationeries, personal stuff for hotel usage, etc. A well-responsive staff service. There is also a steady power supply available.

I rate it 4 stars because the rooms are quite spacious and conducive. The set-up is also contemporary and there is complementary breakfast in addition to a quality customer service.

People don't go here.. They have lost taste. They put me up in a room that the AC doesn't work. And bad customer approach in solving it. Like you don't have a choice since you have paid.

Note: Studio Room has no water heater which is not fair.

We were meant to be in awka for a funeral and burial was cancelled due to insecurity in the state. Given a refund slip to fill. We did all that and stories began. This is 3weeks later and it's one lie after another. For a 3star hotel, highly disappointed

The intercoms in the room is not functional and I was on the last floor. I called their mobile line several times when I had an issue but no one picked up. The complete nonchalance with which one is handled when they complain is very disturbing. The Ac isn't cooling as well but as long as they've collected ur money, nothing else matters to them. Won't be visiting here again
