When I first knew this place, they don't give rooms any how to young guys especially if you look or appear irresponsible, they will tell you that there are no rooms available. The compound is always quiet though it is located close to the expressway. This place is expensive not for low income earners. Their services are very much ok. Clean and tidy big rooms. They have Steady power supply. They also have indoor bars and dine in settings where you can actually have varieties of food, depending on the ones in their menu. You can have a banquet here for your wedding reception. You will sure get value for your money here. Their entrance road is accessible.

It's a very wonderful hotel, so neat, nice ambience, wonderful reception, great rooms, nice features, spacious parking lots, but sadly no elevator 😢. You have to climb the staircase which is very stressful if your room is at the topmost floor.

A cozy hotel with a calm environment. Even with it being at the expressway, you'll still have your peace once inside.

The hotel is clean, operates in moderate safe environment. They offer breakfast for the number of days you will stay. You will have to present a means of identification before check in. They also assist with airport taxis. What I did not like about them was the attitude of staff, especially the receptionist, she can do better. I recommend them.

The food is lovely, the staff are hospitable and the rooms are good. My only problem is, they do not have an elevator and are not wheelchair friendly. The buffet service is excellent. Also, I dare say their food is the nicest out of all the hotels in Awka and their service, too. I highly recommend

I love the environment and their room is top notch. They need to add fish berbecue to their menu . They need also need to look at the cost of a meal, I think is on the high side

The rooms are pretty with the basic amenities. Their services however can be much improved. There is a rug in the receiption lobby that doesn't lap well and keep tripping people up. I almost fell 3 times. No sense in offering complimentary breakfast if I would have to buy drinking water to go with it. Also some quality checks after the cleaning is done should be done. I had to change my room several times because either the rug in the room was smelling or I'm seeing finger nails on the floor and finger prints on the bathroom glass stall

Well furnished, comfortable and their room service is excellent. Directed a lot of my friends there and that is always the place my uncle love staying anytime he comes down to east.

Looking nice and neat, but the customer service is poor, especially at the restaurant.

The place is over hyped, it doesn't have the standards for the amount they actually charge over there. Minus their things being unnecessarily expensive, the water over there is hard water and not suitable for sensitive skin.

It's a nice place. No lifts, the stairs can be annoying when you are really tired.

Though undergoing renovation at the moment, the interior of the hotel is something to be reckoned with. Very cute and comfortable rooms

For an old hotel....it's pretty amazing , well maintained. Standardized too. Great service by the way . I enjoyed it

It's very nice, the room I stayed in was normal sized but the service is incredible nice, can't say about the food though the one I had didn't really go well for me but maybe it'll be nice to you. Generally it's a very nice place and I assure you that you'd enjoy your stay

The outdoor won't really wow you and have enough parking space but the interior is absolutely beautiful. Their food taste really nice.

This hotel is second to none in Awka presently...if you are a person of class, this is a place to relax whenever you are in Awka.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Highlights for me were the perfect customer service and excellent interior. I however think their meals are overpriced and they should consider complimentary wifi. I would definitely visit again and easily recommend it to anyone

Park Parktonian is home away from home... 95% worth it.

Exterior seems whack but the the interiors have been rebranded with very modern fixtures. Awesome in-house entertainment.

Should be in the top 3 hotels in Akwa. The rooms are neat, the service is excellent, but the bathroom wasn't properly washed. It had stain marks consistent with a bathroom that hasn't been properly scrubbed in days or weeks. The complimentary breakfast was decent also. They require a government issued ID card to admit guests. I can understand why they want that, but what I do not understand is why they need to make a copy of that ID and how long they intend to keep people's data.

Very cool place after the re-branding, but will need to offer internet service as an addition to make it complete.

It's a very lovely place, their ambiance is very good.
