If
I
could
give
zero
stars,
I
would.
The
name
is
beautiful
gate
but
somehow
the
gate
is
so
ugly
it
would
be
better
with
an
open
entrance.
Grumpy,
insultive
receptionist
who
apparently
gets
drunk
on
the
job
and
threatens
to
beat
the
customers(actually,
there's
only
two
of
them
who
sometimes
leave
their
7-9
year
old
children
to
run
the
desk),
mouldy
rooms
that
aren't
cleaned
until
after
a
customer
has
stayed
in
them,
electricity
problems
(burnt
multiple
devices
of
mine).
Poorly
built
too:
I
don't
know
how
there
can
be
only
one
socket
in
a
hotel
room.
Faulty
devices
too:
from
lightbulbs
to
toilet
seats
to
bathtub
to
ACs
to
"electric
Kettles".
Overpriced
terribly
made
food(the
chicken
was
almost
as
hard
as
kilishi).
The
owner
obviously
invested
a
lot
of
money
in
it,
but
management
is
very
poor.
How
can
you
be
in
a
room
for
2
days+
and
the
wastebin
isn't
emptied?
Attached
are
pictures
of
some
faulty
things
in
the
room
I
was
asked
to
stay
in.
Of
course
the
bulbs
weren't
working
and
the
staff
were
very
hesitant
about
fixing
it.
As
is
expected,
I
was
unable
to
take
a
shower.
Really
my
absolute
worst
experience
in
a
hotel,
and
a
disappointing
one
for
a
hotel
of
this
size.
Do
not
recommend.
