Nice place but need to up there game

Customer care is okay, food is fine. On the whole I had a good experience there

The appearance from the outside is not bad but I prefer crunches. But their service is okay. The major problem in this Mr. Bigg's branch is the size of the land. Is not wheel chair accessible.

Fast food outlet with delicacies and beverages for customers. It may be note-worthy that since the franchising of the Mr. Bigg's business by the owners, their recipes have not remained the same, and patronage has reduced drastically, more so with the coming of seemingly better fast food outlets/brands. There is need for serious improvement in their brand, outlet facilities and recipe.
