Bon Hotel has an impeccable luxurious finish. I almost forgot I was in a town like Awka. The interiors are lush, clean and very warm to the eyes. Staff is neat and very respectful. Facilities are very functional and work properly. Parking space is very limited on the inside of the hotel but there is available parking outside as well. If you have an antique or luxurious car, I suggest you find all means possible to have it parked on the inside. In all the hotel could stand at par with most mid range hotels in Lagos this is why it deserves this rating for a hotel in Awka.

It was lovely and beautiful. I had a lovely time. It's more beautiful during the night with the lights and decorations around. The ambience was good, the service was good, though the prices of drinks and foods were expensive.

When you arrive at this hotel you will definitely love it. It is beautiful and well planned. I like this place and its environ. I like the compound because it is spacious. It has L-shaped swimming pool very close to the outdoor bar. There's an open bar here for evening enjoyment, and a shaded bar just in case it rains. There's car parking space for guests and visitors which is not that big but it is ok. Their beers are very expensive; a bottle of beer here is 1k. In summary, this hotel and everything within it is expensive. If you are planning on a low budget, then this is not where you are supposed to be. Just come and look around and pass. Lols

Beautiful Hotel, one of the best in Awka. Has every modern facility. It's secured too. Their services are not convincing enough. It takes them hours to respond to room service, sometimes, they don't even answer their phone. But it's generally a good Hotel.

Don’t think I’ve ever given any location full 5 ⭐️ review but my bon really deserves it. Their vegetable salad is so amazingggg like different strands of flavour and taste in your mouth and their tomato stew ughh!😍 they have an all you can eat buffet from 6:30am to 10:00am then on any holiday it’s till 12:00pm. If you lodged in the hotel it’s free but if you didn’t or have a guest you must pay 10k but trust me it’s worth it.

Sure is a nice place for sit out ! Has a good view and a lovely bar setting !! BUT THEIR SERVICES IS SO SO TERRIBLE, VERY POOR AND ANNOYING SERVICES THEY ARE RENDERING!!

Very very impressed. Staff was very helpful and professional, food was very good, safety is top notch...very modern amenities, definitely coming back. There's supermarkets in the area. My only gripe, a minor one, is there isn't desserts on the menu, I liked the milkshake but would have liked more options. But overall it is a great place to stay.

I would have easily given this place a 5 🌟 because the building and amenities are 5 🌟 but the service is a complete sad story. The staff needs to be trained, they are unprofessional, unruly, they are certainly not it. See ehn the difference between protea, intercontinental and Sheraton isn't the building but the services, Bon hotel could easily be it if they actually train thee guys. Those staff should be working in agu awka hotel or smt.

I wasn't too please about the seemingly lack of professionalism displayed by the receptionist on our arrival in sorting out the overbooked situation they had. (I unfortunately didn't get the receptionists name). Overall, the hotel is very good but the experience was just there for me.

One of the best hotels in Awka at the moment. Its got a big swimming pool and table tennis board. The outside bar and garden is the best part of it. It doesn't just serve as lodging place, its a hang out for people with a bit of class...

I loved how clean and spacious the place is. The room is tastefully setup with a comfortable mattress, memory pillows, work station and more. The internet speed isn't great but its usable. I absolutely enjoyed my stay!

A very lovely hotel with superb amenities and services. Excellent poolside activities for adults and for kids too. Mine loved the pool, the life size chest Boards and piano the best. It's location is very convenient it's close to major supermarket and some franchise restaurants. Should you choose to dinw in, I recommend the Buffet which goes on all day long (Breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Just don't go here if you don't have cash...period! Standard rooms are 50k a night so it's not for the faint hearted. But like most hotels in Awka, location is still an issue, but if you can get past that then it's DEFINITELY worth the money

Tried to book with family for the last few days before returning abroad but the hotel was sold out. Wanted to go swimming but was told only for staying guest. I could understand if it was full or high season. I do not feel welcome at this hotel it seem that the more money you have the better service you get.

The hotel is good and also the customer service Buh the security guards are senseless I called the hotel on December 20th they said Dey were booked up Buh I can come and drink . Buh I came the security guards said no one is entering The second time I came with my finance they said the bar was not good Buh I called customer care and Dey said it was ok , I don’t know if u guys are into racism I’ll give asaba a bigger complaints than this 😒
