A nice place to live in Awka Tight security and tranquility

Here's a high demand residence area with beautiful, spacious and luxurious apartments. There exist basic amenities like steady light and borehole. Major roads are tarred and accessible. Housing may not be affordable relative to other areas of Awka, but they are well worth it.

There is an area called Commissioners quarter cos the Govt has a housing unit for Commissioners in that area.

Great development is coming to this area. In the past 2yrs that I left this city there have been great change and development.

It's a nice place to stay

One of the highbrow areas of Awka capital of Anambra State. The area is growing rapidly with lots of undeveloped plots being developed and residential houses springing up here and there. The commercial activities are equally coming up with some shopping malls being constructed and occupied. The entertainment scene is gradually coming alive with Hotels and Lounges being activated in the area. The major constraint now is lack of good road network. Most of the streets are not tarred and needs to be taken care of!

I was at a private residence. Good living quarters but the roads are in bad shape and power was spared.

Good environment for commissioners and well to do individuals. They have regular power supply, light and others. They have adequate security, all professionals and so on. But the house rent is too high for the poor. Try to see

Commissioners quarters is a residential area I have been there to see a friend on many occasions the place is ok clean and well planned

Very good Residential area within Ifite Awka in Awka capital...few metres to permanent site of Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

The road is ok.

This is a residential area and one of the areas in the Government Reserved Area(GRA), Awka. The serenity and neatness of the environment make the area unique. However, the roads linking into the Commissioners Quarters should be worked on or at least be patched especially the Ifite Road and Esther Obiakor Road.

It is a place built for commissioners in Anambra State.

They're nothing so wonderful about this place. House rent is annoyingly expensive without any commensurate luxury coming with it.
