Nice estate, well planned. Very beautiful houses. Roads are tarred, good security and street lighting. Has a hospital, church and park. Also shopping centers available very close by. Has multiple entrances and exits all manned by armed security. Well located, can be accessed from the express way or from the popular Abakaliki street/club road.

This could've been easily the best estate around, but due to neglect, the estate is steadily deteriorating. The roads are in a very bad condition, some parts of the estate don't even have access road. No social amenities, most of the street lights are not working. The government and the people living here could do better.

The place is well planned. I love it.

Ngozika Housing Estate is okay in terms of security. There is an Amusement Park called Lumen Amusement Park. People far and near come and have fun. It's just a cool Estate, but full of Government workers and retired workers too.

If it were possible to give this place a no star rating, I would. There's security there. Security not security personnel o ( because I don't see what they're securing) Can't imagine how people's property get missing in a so called well secured environment. And there's no proper manner or arrangement to trace it. In fact, the Police won't even bother to visit the scene of crime. What a secured estate it is
