It's a good transport company. The staffs are polite and help customers with their luggage. They handle luggage with care. Their busses are always clean. The thing I like most about them is time management. Their first bus always keep to time. You can book online or do physical booking.

Guo is one of the best transport when travelling out of Anambra state, though sometimes you might not get the bus model you were promised when booking, they make up for that with excellent customer service

I've been traveling with GUO for quite some time now and everyday it's been amazing.

It's OK but more ticketing staff needs to be employed.

The safety on package delivery is quite okay. The environment isn't all that eye appeasing(not so neat and well arranged). But GUO your trans and packages are quite safe. Cost of Transportation varies from 6k upward depending on the season.

I wanted to waybill my television and was asked to contact a carpenter to do a protector for my tv. I wanted them to give me a weight price so i can pay but the secretary insists i wait. I don’t stay in awka, i was sent to help waybill an item. I told this secretary at awka to give me her number so that i can monitor the progress and make payments, mind you i am a girl. She said she doesn’t want people to be calling her anyhow. Is this how you guys operate there. I won’t find it funny if my item goes missing

You travel from here, pick up and drop waybills too. However, do not go here on a full stomach if you're travelling cause it's gonna be a while before you're okay

I just went to pick up my waybill. I didn't have any problems picking it up. It was very swift.
