I graduated from this great institution few months ago. NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA is an open and distance learning hub, with each of its branch in almost all the state of the federation, with 76 study centres. I will recommend this institution for those who are working and willing to continue their education. However, for the past 3 to 4 years, the institution witnessed the in flock of early secondary school students die to its flexibility. Its flexible, easy to access learning. Their certification is well recognised all over the world, so no room for panic regarding this.

It was ok. Except for the conveniences that are too far from the main building. A pressed person would not laugh about it. Haha. The lift was also not working. For a high rise building, it presents an Herculean task to climb up the floors. However, the environment is neat and tidy and the staff courteous.

It's a tall, massive building. It's the major study centre of the National Open University of Nigeria here in Lagos. Lectures are held here, so as receipt of course materials by students of the school, resolution of school related issues and more. One thing that sets this study centre aside is the vast span of space and sectioned buildings for various purposes. It has the most ambience of a campus amongst all NOUN study centres in Lagos. I must also mention that the property needs renovation and maintenance to keep the high-standard it portrays from outside. In all, it's the best NOUN study centre you can find in Lagos. I stand corrected if evidence is shown and proven.

As the name implies, it's an open university which means it has the facilities to offer distance learning degrees that gives opportunities to prospective students who work and also want to further their study. This center poses as the Headquarters here in Lagos, but recently it seems there is going to be a total merger of all campus to just this place. I'm sure if the closure of that of the Mushin Center. Be careful of the Cyber cafe guys who would would just want you to spend unnecessary cash sometimes thou you might need them to put you through necessary paper works.

It’s a totally different experience on the inside. Being a student and experiencing extortion first hand is a worrisome thing. For onlookers it’s a great structure - almost skyscraper like.

Sitting in the middle of the commercial hub of Lagos in Victoria Island. It's arguably the most accessible university in Nigeria. Its massive E-centre is one of the biggest in Nigeria. If you're in Lagos and you're a working class; The Lagos Study Centre of the National Open University of Nigeria is the best place to get your degrees/diploma/certificate with urban flexibility!

Smooth sail for me. You have to study hard. NOUN simply makes you responsible for your learning. My only challenge was the Lagos Study center Bursary Department. I had to move to Mushin and ever since, life has been good.

My experience was bitter sweet but bitter for the most part of it ,I find it weird that admission holds every semester but graduation list is just once every year, schools that admit students every semester graduates students every semester. The recently released graduation list is what I call preposterous after waiting since February and now I can't even see any matric no from my year of admission in my department on the graduation list. Students need their certificate!

Students going as far as 6th to 8th floor to write exams, were not allowed to use the elevator. They claim it's just for staff. Such a terrible discrimination in a place that is supposed to be a citadel of learning. If they (students) are not allowed to use the elevator, why schedule their exams on such floors? It's inhuman
